I have a max10 80a/3300kv sensored system on the back burner but I also have 40 series motor mount coming for it. I have a 2650kv 4068 and spektrum 160a ESC if I decide to go that route but I'm enjoying how light it is with the stock 3650/60a combo. I MIGHT leave this one stock and order another one to build
Hi, I can't seem to find a video how to use this radio transmitter, and the instruction is very confusing too. Do you think you will make a video of all the features this Rlaarlo transmitter can do? My steering is reversed; don't know how to fix that and don't know which is the upright button if it lands upside down... and how to turn on gyro? Great video btw, thank you!
I'll probably mess around with it today. I really don't like how things aren't clearly labeled it makes it easy to mess up settings. The self right button is also a mystery to me, when you see me do it on video that's just me trying to time the throttle and brake
To reverse the steering with the ct6 transmitter you hold down the lower bottom right button until it beeps the you twist the steering wheel and the steering should reverse

Everyone has different experiences. I don't expect anything from a foreign company. Their products are all great though. They offer some of the best cars for the money. I think people just set their expectations high 🤷🏿♂️
re-watching this re-upload! one question; regarding trigger function. Does this go from accelerate to brake/reverse in one go, or does it have the kind of protection where you have to brake twice for the brakes to work? My D12 has that i think, and my friends MJX cars have it as well. Traxxas cars don't have this and i hope the Omni is different too!
man the tires, suspension and power all look perfect for this size car. Awesome tire sound, even tries to break loose/spin a little under acceleration, and the suspension just looks perfectly behaved.

A 60amp ESC is way more than enough given its weight! I would test a bigger pinion first, next a better 36mm motor if I'd still want more top-end. Actually, the stock battery is likely the limiting factor here more than anything. There's NO way its C rating is even close to accurate!!!!
Confirmed. The stock battery was tested as an actual 18C, as opposed to a labeled 35C continuous. So then, 2.2Ah times 18C = max draw of 39.6A. Just put a battery that can actually deliver 60A and see what happens.......
@@CSL33 I swapped the electronics out last night to a sensored hobbywing max10 3300kv 3652 80a combo. I wanted the adjustability. I'll be making another video on the new electronics later today. Stock lipo is more than enough for bashing and while the ESC is rated at 60a the motor isn't demanding 60a on stock gearing
@@OmniMan_Racing Looking forward to the video. I did see someone get a few more mph after changing only the battery though? Combining the latter with bigger pinions will make the motor pull more amps, to the point of maxing out the ESC.
@@CSL33 I'll be doing a speed test with it on the new 3300kv system and stock gears over the weekend with a 4200mah 3s black series cnhl. Shorty 3s packs fit in the stock location nicely. But the video I'm gonna do today will be stock lipo just to see run time difference with just the electronics swap. Before I do a full build on it I want to make some relatable videos
@@OmniMan_Racing Yeah well, I guess I'll have to wait until I EVENTUALLY get mine to see what the original ESC and motor can do then with a better battery and optimal pinion. No way I, nor most, would ever contemplate spending $130+ minimum for new electronics on this thing. Kinda defeats the purpose of having bought this budget, Chinese engineered RC in the first place?... I am planning on using my crawler, high density batteries on this. Gens ACE 4300mha, 60C (90x40x30), which fit in the the battery tray without relocating the ESC.
@@philpowell1162 I swapped to come belted Proline tires and managed 59mph. I don't have the stock system in mine anymore, it has a hobbywing max10 3300kv 80a system now. I believe I pulled 57 on stock wheels before it flipped

How is it ? Does the gyro work out of box or need set ?
@Hungrybird474 I haven't got it yet, I ordered mine over a month ago,but the gyro has to be activated, looks simple enough, a few buttons in sequence.

Rlaarlo spent money in marketing, nothing in good customer experience. Customers accept mistakes but not bad service. My opinion.

Not 100% sure what you mean but the brakes are like every other rc I've driven only the percentage of brake force on this truck is really high
Has anyone figured-out how to initiate the "One-Click Flipping" (Self-Righting) feature yet, or is it still a mystery to all?
I haven't seen anything about a push button type of self right on it but with some practice you can do it yourself.

It's a little slow in my opinion!
My MJX is much faster ! Doesn't handle as well as this RC
Mine doesn't right under 60mph on 3s with the 27t pinion. More than fast enough for a basher
