Let's Play Fallout 4 BLIND Playthrough | Part 1| First time playing Fallout. This was intense.

- Hello everyone, Welcome to the first video of my Fallout 4 Blind Playthrough series. I had so much fun playing. I can't wait to dive deep into the game and explore this world.
To shoot Preston Garvey on sight and then flail around in power armour with a minigun that you don't know how to fire whist being assailed by multiple bandits and a Deathclaw, cars exploding around you, screaming "Let me heal my dog"... this is magnificent blind playthroughing. Priceless 😁
Too true….
I have put several thousand hours into Fallout and several other open world Bethesda titles…. was not sure what watching a blind play through meant….
But that cry of “Let me heal my dog!!”
Will be back to see what happens next..
No noob can top this! 😂
@@willow8186 Seriously how hard can it be to figure out that a minigun has to spin up a little before shooting, it's like that in every movie ever
If that isn’t a Fallout first playthrough on a nutshell, idk what it is.
@@stevhen42😂😂😂 COME BACK IT'S WORTH IT I PROMISE
I am about 30 min in and I subbed for a few reasons. First, your voice is calm and you seem to not "hype" things up just for the video, which I appreciate. You sounded like me during my first play-through, so I find you relatable. And second, I appreciate that you take the time to read the terminal, assess what happened, and invest yourself into the lore. I like listening to play-throughs while I work, and you narrate well so that I always know what stage of the game you are in, even if I am not always looking at the screen. Weird comment, I know, but I felt compelled to write it, and I'm glad I found your channel.
Actually very kind comment, if I was the TH-camr I’d definitely appreciate it. I understand a lot of where you were coming from and I enjoy the same qualities in a streamer.. especially not overhyping every element in the game.
It’s good to find someone who genuinely wants to learn the story and just enjoy the game.
The amount of times I was yelling, hold the button at my screen LMAO😂 I love these videos
Wow, someone who actually takes the time to look around, and not in an over caffeinated manner! I've started a dozen or so of these blind playthroughs the is the first that is actually watchable.
The cool thing about character creation in fallout 4 is that changing both parents appearance actually effects how your child looks
Excellent - one of my favourite games of the last few years. Played the hell out of this back in lockdown. Where you are using a console/controller, make use of VATS where you can - will make combat a bit more forgiving (especially against certain enemies with "weak spots"). And don't worry about not being able to lockpick every safe/box you come across - they all respawn items within a few days anyways. Just like Skyrim, this game rewards exploration. Just don't pick up ALL the junk until you have settlements to use it on. Most junk will tell you what you will get once you break it down. While there aren't books like Skyrim (aside from magazines that give you buffs) there are a LOT of computer terminal entries that usually tell the story of the local area you are in.
That book under Shaun's crib is called You're Special. Reading it will permanently increase one S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat by one point.
A Krista and Bethesda double bill! From Skyrim to Fallout 4 on the same evening. I couldn't have asked for a better wind down to my Thursday.
* Congratulations on the new Xbox.
* Loved the reaction to events in the vault. This game does a great job of setting tone by slappin' ya in the face with it.
* In this game, you've gotten a dog worthy as a companion. No need to lose your life stressing over Dogmeat.
* You may want to make a trash character and run through the game up to this point (the tutorial stuff) again, as learning the controls and how power armor works will improve your gaming experience. You can also set up the controller to something more logical to you from the main menu if memory serves. Everything is quite intuitive, just different than you're accustomed to.
Oh, and if you continue to shoot 1st and ask questions later, you may make fewer friends than enemies 😉
I once saw a player shoot all the guards outside of Diamond City. Made it difficult to enter DC. She had to reload a save to continue.
As for good ol Dogmeat, Unlike FO4, he is mortal in Fallout 3. My Dogmeat was killed by Fire Ants...
Amazing episode! I can't get tired of this game. Well done!
I knew something was up when the front door opened by itself 🤨 Enjoyed it 👏
War never changes.
A solid story. So much fun, can be a lot to take in but once you get into all the various mechanics (crafting, etc.) it’s super fun.
Will be interesting to see what choices you make!
I joy it all, 😊. Specially the part, where was tell raiders were.
Raider: Come down here , I have places to be!!. 😂😂
That crack me up. “ Stupid game “
Thank you Krista for that,
- Tip- use Vats to system shoot first, and you’ll get use to it soon enough and you’ll be Gunslinger G!! in no time.
Can’t wait for the next one..
Great Job! I love seeing people discovering the fallout universe
As in Skyrim, Krista’s puzzle solving and attention to detail is impressive. She is exceptional at piecing together clues to logically work out story lines. It’s a slower play-style, but she notices things I missed after multiple play throughs. And happily, her skill with a controller is getting much better. 😅
When did Skyrim's "puzzles" ever require puzzle solving? They're the lamest excuse for puzzles I've ever seen in an RPG. Daggerfall, not something I'd recommend today though, had more decent puzzles, at least for an RPG. Attention to detail and puzzle solving - although easy and obvious once you realize - are much better in Outer Wilds, which is "just an indie game". Probably the best indie game that will ever be created. And also have a much better main story than any Bethesda game will ever have., Starfield not withstanding for obvious reasons, but I'm not holding my breath.
Will I endure another FO4? Not sure, depends on the style I guess, just checking this out. Another Outer Wilds? Oh hell yeah 🤣I just can't get enough of that gem.
@@gottagoworkouter wilds didn’t win game of the year, this did so I’ll say a lot of things are done better in this game than outer Wilds. You’re just stating your opinions.
@@kpj2224 My post is unedited. Please quote where I stated Outer Wilds *WON* game of the year. It was still nominated to several games of the year, which is quite a feat for "just an indie game". And brought home several other wins. Most I've seen play it consider it one of the best games, if not the best game, they ever played - that's not my personal opinion, that's theirs.
"You’re just stating your opinions."
Ehm, yeah? Isn't that what comments are for? One of which was that Bethesda games "puzzle solving" suck and don't require much. If you actually disagree with that you have some explaining to do.
@@gottagowork you don’t have to state that it won game of the year. I’m telling that’s why it’s the better game. You’re trying to say that outer wilds is a better game and it isn’t. Lol you literally came out of no where with this heartfelt opinion about him saying something about puzzles
@@gottagowork he didn’t even say Skyrim had good puzzles, he mentioned that just like in Skyrim her puzzle solving skills are impressive and then you went on a whole rant about shit that had nothing to do with his comment
wow that's pleasantly unexpected, nice choice of the game for a blind playthrough 😊
Man still never forget the feeling of stepping out into the Commonwealth after leaving Vault 111. The thing about Bethesdas games, is it like living a second life.
Nice to see you are getting the full Bethesda experience, good luck on your first full playthrough.
Oooh I'm excited for this! My 7 year-old gaming laptop died a few days ago and I miss my Fallout 4 already. This couldn't be better timed 😊
Uh, I subbed. Love to watch someone new go through this amazing Fallout journey ❤🎉😊
I love your big ole cat in the back so precious
Hi first I always watch anything Fallout 1st time playthrough. I am so Happy my slight obsession lead my to your channel. From your humor to your frustrations and everything in between I was smiling all the way. Amazing content can't wait to see where this goes Woo!
Adorable cat - enjoy the game :)
One of my favorite games! Hope you come to love it too. Just a tip to make battles easier...while in combat, hit your LB button to use the VATS system.
Mannequin isn't creepy until it starts stalking you. Lol.
After watching Many A True Nerd absolutely beat not just this game but the whole franchise into a bloody meat bag, I'm excited to see someone play it with fresh eyes.
Great video love the energy and you seem like a nice lady fallout 4 is my favorite game of all time ❤
Nice, cool to see you taking on Fallout 4. I've just recently played this game... Again... For the 4th time lol. It's understandable to feel confused when first playing this game, it can be quite jarring. Especially when your coming from a fantasy game to an apocalyptic one with similar yet different mechanics. As for tips and advice; Much like Skyrim I would explore as much as you can, and speak to NPC's when possible, there's dialogue you could miss. Like Mamma Murphy for example, she had some unique dialogue that you missed prior to you getting the power armor. It's not a big deal to miss it, but it's always good to hear extra info.
Healing the dog isn't essential per say, it just takes them out of the fight for a while, they don't die. You can inject them with a Stimpak when you're close enough, a prompt should appear. As for whether or not to follow Preston to Sanctuary, I would advice to follow them. When arriving they ask you to help out and it more or less serves as a tutorial for the building mechanic Fallout 4 has. Oh, just in case you haven't figured it out yet, caps are the currency in this game, don't be fooled by pre-war money lol. It's been fun seeing you tackle this game, can't wait for the next episode. Take care, Krista.
2hr:18min priceless and ironic timing with the classic radio turning on lmaorof
Pretty good for your first time - you did miss stuff, but I expect you'll catch it later.
Some vague hints:
Always take duct tape.
Power armour isn't essential - I certainly rarely use it. It's useful here and there, but you can get by without it.
Don't pick up all clothing, just items you want to wear. Unlike skyrim, it's rarely valuable.
Pick up everything else, where you can. Even cups / mugs. You'll need them.
Use VATS when you're shooting. I think it's LB on your controller. Easier and saves ammo.
And you're finally heading the right way for Diamond City!
Mazel Tov on the Xbox and am very excited for this series!!
Fallout 4 definitely knows how to exposit (and is quite the vibe right after watching Oppenheimer). A few heads ups going into the series:
1) VATS VATS VATS... Don't make the mistake I did and go several games before figuring out that you don't have to aim by hand
2) You missed the first chance to learn the dogs name: If you talk to Mama Murphy in the office before starting the fight, she tells you his name. Otherwise at the end of the first act you just magically learn it
3) Having a high strength and assuming all junk is worth taking is a good instinct to have going into this game, good job!
4) Fallout 4 is very good at using the whole 3d space. Enemies can be up just as easily as behind the corner. The environment can have a lot of control over how a battle goes, so as you play pay attention to how you can swing that in your favor
5) Every monster has a weak spot. Learning where it is makes stronger enemies a lot more manageable
6) The terminal minigame is basically Wordle without the yellow hints. You can leave and retry when you're down to one guess and it'll reset tries, but also the puzzle. Any pair of (), [], or {} on a line with anything in between them can be clicked for free to remove a wrong answer, or to reset your tries randomly
7) Game audio was really quiet, probably just a thing with your capture card volume.
8) I don't know if you're US or Canadian, but this game has a strong American Revolution aesthetic, being set in Boston
9) Good to know they still haven't fixed that bug with the subtitles during Sturges' spiel
10) You can play the game with almost never interacting with the settlement building, or you can double down. The better your settlements the more useful some factions are (won't be more specific cause that can be spoiler-y and the game spell it out pretty well)
11) Power Armor is good for hauling a lot of loot from one place to the other, or if your character is built around using power armor. It's a big bonus to strength, defences, and you don't take fall damage
12) You're smart, based on all your other videos. It can be overwhelming , but you've got this!
Love to see new people playing this beautiful creation, one of the best if not the best post apocalyptic theme open world game, Amazing story and very realistic in attention to detail.
Were you drunk when you wrote that???
@@michaelproctor8100 what happened kiddo?
I see nothing in his post to indicate he was drunk. I may not agree with every word but that is different from drunk.@@michaelproctor8100
It’s my favourite game of all time.
You need to use the vats system, it slows down the combat and lets you choose where on the enemy you aim for. Helps save ammo too.
Absolutely died of frustration watching the minigun part
I cringed so hard watching her try to hit the second raider in the museum.
1:41:20
He was standing still, in one place, out in the open, shooting at someone else and it took her well over half a minute to land two shots.
How is she going to get through this game?
Yes you understand the concept. Now choose STUDY!
"This is hard. Let me get out a pen and paper to write this down"
5 minutes later
"I know. It must be SOLAR".
FK!!!
Nvm. Just made it to the minigun section. Holy heck. I dunno what to say.
And after the battle ."What is with this music in the background?"
You just turned on your radio!
And "How do I heal my Dog? Here's a stim pack in your inventory, Dog"
Yeah, he'll use it with his opposable thumbs.
And she still hasn't even found out the Dog's name! FFS!
He's going to be called "Dog" for the rest of the playthrough.
This entire stream was so frustrating.
How did she manage to turn on her console...
Video should be titled "I'm so confused".
Agreed, got a headache
@@VaultArchive72 calm down, it's called a blind playthrough.
you'll be fine once you find your feet.. keep it up (so much to look for.. so much to see & do)
Also, if you plan not to fast travel in this one be prepared to spend A LOT of ammo and stimpacks. These aren’t like Skyrim random encounters. There’s stuff out there that can one hit you before you even see them.
This, and you would do Yourself a favor by using keyboard and mouse, instead of controller.Like OP said,FO4 isn't as forgiving as skyrim, you actually have to aim and hit enemies to get by.
@@randommaniac245Honestly imo FO4 is the only FPS FO that it’s an absolute necessity to use vats in a lot of situations. I’ve never had to really use it in NV or FO3
@@lordduckofquack I find it opposite, especially for FO3.
@@randommaniac245cant use kb/mouse on Xbox.
I really like the Fallout 4 style. When you wander alone in the wasteland in the beginning, you have to be very careful because you'll die instantly if you go too close to dangerous thing.
As others have said you need to use the VATS system, it pauses the game and lets you take aim at body parts, specifically heads :D
Belly on the Deathclaw if it is exposed.
I’m so happy for you Krista. A great choice, for your next game. Think, as the Vats System as a super power,( is cool that way😊) but this game is so big that you’ll definitely get to do/explore more if you fast travel 🧳. Can’t wait for you to enjoy one of my favourite game, for I love to see how you react, to the game challenges in your unique ways ❤. Go on and be a part of Wastelands🎉🎉
Ps. Don’t forget to pickup your copy of the wasteland Survival Guide, 😂
Krista, fyi you really should read the book on the floor in the baby's room in your house asap.
I know I am late lol but this is adorable, I wouldn't get bothered by people screeching, it's obvious you're new to gaming in general but you're really smart at puzzles and stuff from what I've seen. I think most of the major hangups is you simply being unfamiliar or maybe just a little uncomfortable with controls like aiming and stuff, that can really mess with your physical perspective on surroundings. The more you get used to it the more you should find yourself honing in on your surroundings and such easier. You'll get past the phase of blasting people in the crotch. Try playing with the sensitivity in the option and practice aiming around until you get something smooth to your aiming proficiency.
I don't know why, but as someone who has played this game over and over, and knows almost everything about it, there is something fun about watching you play it not knowing anything. I find myself, wondering, what is she gonna do here, there, next.
Third Best openworld i've ever played, and yes im still playing Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas heheh. For me, i love to explore everything, curiosity might lead humanity to success, sometime curiosity can lead us to doomsday lol....Meow
"I don't need a coffee cup". TAKE EVERYTHING, including your husband's wedding ring. Junk is made up of core material that you will need later. Coffee cups are made of ceramic, wedding ring made of gold, toothbrush made of plastic., etc. That core material is used to build/modify stuff.
Pure water will heal 40 health points per drink. In the early game the water in the vault is your only source of pure water. Less than pure water will also heal you but give you radiation points (shown as red in the HP counter). Red radiation points take away points from your overall health, ie. HP. When building settlements you can build a cheap water pump which will give you pure water. On a larger scale there are also water purifiers.
Pick up the meat from all the animals you kill or find dead. That raw meat contains rads. Cooking the meat removes the rads and you can then eat good food to heal your HP.
When you get a chance you should go back into the vault and LOOT EVERYTHING.
You obviously do not know how to aim a gun. Aim at the target and put the part of the target you want to hit immediately on top of (as in touching but not hiding) the center post. VATS is real handy for hitting moving targets. In VATS you can pick the part of the body you wish to shoot. Legs are a good spot to aim for if a target is charging you.
You pick something up by hitting the "A" button. You just gave yourself an unnecessary shot of stimpak.
Mongrel Dogs will be hostile to you. Mongrel Dog Meat, when cooked cures 40 HP. That German Shepard is the only German Shepard in the game. His name is Dogmeat and can be a companion to you. He will help- to a small degree and can carry about 150 pounds. He mostly gets underfoot just when you don't want him to.
You seldom need to craft any kind of grenade as you enemies will have plenty and you can loot them from their bodies.
Santuary Hills has one of each kind of work station.
A radaway cures 300 rads. you just cured less than 5 rads with your only radaway.
You are shooting at Preston Garvey on the balcony. He is a "Good Guy".
With the terminal - TRACKS had 2 letters in the right position. Find another word with 2 letters in the same position as TRACKS but check also the words you picked with 0 correct. If any of those match in the new word then that is NOT the correct word. Look for another word with 2 letters in the same position as TRACKS. They words with zero matches are valuable as any word you pick cannot have a matching letter with the zero match words.
Hold down the "Y" key to turn on the Pipboy Light instead of running around in the dark when no enemies are about.
Put your target inside the crosshairs and pull the right trigger. It takes a second to spin up then it will shoot out a hail of bullets.
The dog is on your side. During a battle is no time to worry about any companion. During the fight you need to worry about yourself. The companion can come later after you are safe to tend to them. And if you get pinned in a building and safe the companion may get well on their own. They will be out of the fight until they get back to you. Or they may stay out of the fight until you win the fight.
With the Deathclaw in action, you should get in a building where you can shoot at this critter from safety. The Deathclaw can outrun you so you will have to hole up.
Get out of the sui9t by holding down "A" and then REMOVE the Fusion Core.
You are in your entire Inventory. You need to get into the third sub list (Aid) where your Stimpaks are. You could also put them on a priority key like the guns or radaway.
The Vaultsuit will act as an undergarment.
Loot all the bodies including the Deathclaw. Sanctuary can act as you main bas since it has one of each workstation. Just help the settlers with their needs then you will be free to go where you wish and always have a place to come back to. Park your power armor in the power armor work bench and REMOVE the Fusion Core.
Check your inventory and see if you are overburdened. In the power armor you can carry 310 and Dogmeat can carry about 150.
1:37:59 - Somehow, you missed the V.A.T.S. tutorial.
V.A.T.S. can help with locating, auto-targeting far off enemies and damaging closer ones. If the target is close enough.the system will tell your likelihood of hitting it via percentages. Damage received while using VATS will be limited as well. With the right perk, you'll also be able to identify which damage type every target is weak against, which type they can absorb and which type can actually benefit from.
As with anything in the game you're confused about, just read up on the Help section of the Main Menu.
You need that coffee cup. You need that battered clipboard. You needed those stimpaks...you need it all. Lol
I found this playlist and immediately thought well I have no where to go for the next few days so why now binge a legs play and play fallout 4 😂
What's great about fallout is the retrofuturist 50s aesthetic in 200 years after what we all know to be ww3, and the way civilisation changes in the aftermath. Feel free to play how you like, but know that the game has things to help you get through it, once you learn all that stuff it'll be much easier to enjoy the story at your own pace. Good luck Krista 🌕
This playthrough is pretty good. However, if there is ONE thing that I could complain about, it's that you stall unnecessarily. More precisely, I understand stopping to read terminals and such things and I have no problem with that. It's just that there are parts where you are told to do something (i.e. "Get to the vault!") and it just seems to me that you take your sweet time. So much so, in fact, that I started to think that you were having issues with your controller. Anyway, I feel that it kills the immersion a little bit. Overall, I think you did a great job and look forward to watching other videos that you create.
Yeahhh some fallout!
Great choice.
I am dying watching her try to hack. Lol. I remember not understanding it when i first played. Good memories. The trick is to use the likeness to eliminate words until you only have one left.
For years I actually used sheets I made up that I could use to carefully figure out which word was the correct one through logic and process of elimination. Then one day I found out that you could simply remove dud choices and reset the number of attempts you have left. Haven't bothered to use the sheets I made since.
Man, Nora must have it rough in her lawyer job if she is ending up with face scars. 😅
She's probably delt with some rather violent individuals.
Cool gameplay. The terminal thing is easy. Like 2 words level / leverage if it’s not that, it’s a word similar to it ( as an example)
It's an old vid, so I don't know if this will still help, but for anyone else... There is an easier way to hack computers. Look for any open and close brackets in the same column & line. Finding any open and close as a pair, e.g. ( ), or [ ], or { } either with or without junk text within (but not words), selecting them will either remove a dud password or reset your guess attempts. Selecting them also does not use a hack attempt either. It is something that makes cracking terminals much simpler.
I'm still watching you play Skyrim too, but I just started this game so I thought I should watch how you play and get pointers.
Oh it's so cool seeing you jump into this along with Skyrim. Would it be safe to say we've got a Bethesda fan on our hands now?
Dare I say this was quite the.. Explosive intro? Ho ho ho
Subscribed cause of fallout ... greatest game ever
damn she deserves more subs man, 90+ part of fallout 4? and 100+ of skyrim!? Jesus Christ
I wish i could go back and play this for the first time again. One of the best games ever in my humble opinion.
20:35 the dedication to actually wait in line. Lol 😂
I just finished FO 3. For the first time. Still have not finished FO 4. But I’ve played enough to know it’s a very solid rpg. Enjoy the new adventure !
I'm good w everything except you giving hubby a man-bun.
I have a very difficult time controlling my frustration and restlessness when I watch new players play games, with the lack of experience with controller use and lack of knowledge on how to play, where to go, whether they can use things or not.
Then I read the first comment about how someone had a totally different perspective while watching new players and instead of feeling frustrated that they weren't "playing the game right," they were just letting themselves enjoy the game the way the player is playing it.
I'm definitely going to try to stop comparing other players to myself or setting standards and just enjoy the show, as the game doesn't have to be played a certain way.
Thanks for the enlightenment.
Keep it mind the first time you played.
@@galacticcaveman4045 I do. I admit I made mistakes and still do, but I know how to use the radar to figure out where I'm going and to know where nearby things are. If I'm going to stream a game, I'm going to practice using the controller or the mouse and keyboard to become familiar with the controls before I actually start streaming. I don't demand perfection by any means, but I do require a certain standard of competency.
I would have to rewatch this video to figure out exactly what I was complaining about, as I've completely forgotten I commented on this video, but honestly, I don't care enough about this comment to do so.
I've played so much fallout 4 that i turned into a character creating God.
Such a powerful opening 😮
Hope to see you play Fallout 3 some day where the majority of people started.
Not to mention various characters in FO4 were introduced in FO3, as well as the Institute story.
I started with the original Fallout and have played them all except FO 76. I do not like playing in multiplayer games. My socializing is limited to comments after watching a video. FO 4 has been my game of choice since it came out in the fall of 2015. I started playing when there was no one around to give out hints.
@@edmartin875 You might like 76. Calling it an mmo is inaccurate. Having played it myself, it's literally a single player Fallout game that just so happens to have other ppl running around in it. It's structured as a single player game, all the missions are single player, and there's only voice chat, which you can disable.
edit: Also, it has better player dialogue than FO3 or FO4 with actual choices that depend on your build. It has better player choice than FO4, an actual single player game lol.
Get The BOOK under Shaun's crib 😅
I am addicted to this game. Been playing it for a long time, at level 107 at the moment 😂. Wearing power armor is a good thing. It protects you, but you will have to repair it, back at the Red Rocket station. I’ve collected about 30 power armor suits lol, I keep them in my apartment at Diamond City. Oh my, you have soooo many places to discover and things to do. This world is huge! Have fun!
25 minutes in, Nate's dead and I can't help wonder how much time you spent customizing his appearance. ❤😂
Literally PRAYING you use Fast Travel, as you will all too often get bogged down by weight - but please, play as you wish - I'll still watch. Glad you chose this after Skyrim - I'll be tuning in for this series, if you take to it!
Last tip, pick a home base and establish some storage containers where you can dump all of your stuff you don't want to carry with you - of course, if you are not going to fast travel, this will not be possible. Good Luck, Krista, and have fun!!
I started playing this a couple weeks ago and also had never played a Fallout game. There is a lot to do no question and it takes a while as a noob to understand how nearly anything works.
Hi Krista. I really hope you'll go back to the roots of these series someday and try Fallout 1 and at least The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind. if not for streaming purposes, then at least to enjoy the writing. For someone who likes to read dialogue, both games are amazing with their writing.
someone probably already said it, but for beginner players: all fallout games, like skyrim, are games about collecting garbage, but fallout 4 is the most - because of the possibility of building and crafting. Collect everything you can pick up from the floor, but don't carry it with you everywhere - leave it inside the workshop. Some ingredients are always missing - for example glue and screws, which are needed to upgrade armor and weapons - don't use them lightly ;)
playing for the first time too!!!
Likeness in the hacking puzzles shows how many letters are in exactly the right position. If SHOCK has a Likeness=0, then none of the letters are in the correct position. Therefore THROW cannot be correct because the letter H is in the second position in both words.
With a little practice, you'll soon hack all the terminals.
Have fun!
tip: most clothing provides some sort of buff to your special stats so look closely at the descriptions i didn't and got rid of lots of good clothing my first playthru
hacking the computer if it only has 1 likeness only one letter matches so don't pick anything that has more then one matching letter also in between the passwords you can find parenthesis sets that can remove duds or restore your guesses
Oh, one I forgot - you'll manage fine in third person, I never have a problem with it.
Well now I have to load it up and play! I forgot how cool the whole beginning is. You'll love it!
1:38:45 Pro tip for new players: you can use VATS view to check if an NPC is a friend or foe.
Just as in Skyrim, you get to pick a perk when you level up. As you did in the early hours of your Skyrim playthrough, you're treating the perks as an annoyance. But you will miss out on cool improvements to your abilities if you don't pick perks.
This game has a ton of customization and a pretty decent learning curve. The game is awesome if you take your time with it.
Omg when you got into the power armor, just shoot for christ sake! 😂😂😂omg watching this is so frustrating, shoot the dang deathclaw! 😔
Haha I had no idea what I was doing. This entire plaything will probably be frustrating to watch lol 😂
You may want to go check with codsworth before heading off too far. There is a cooking, chemical station in sanctuary you will want to cook some food and make some psycho-jet and a good mele weapon befor adventuring off too far, have fun.
( you can’t kill your follower but you can make them mad, by doing something they don’t like and they will leave, but you can go get them again after they calm down.)
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Liked, subscribed, with the bell for notifications!
There's a good chance I'll be with you the entire way!
Have a blast with Fallout 4!!
1:41:20 40 seconds to land two shots on a stationary raider standing out in the open firing at someone else
2:10:00 3 minutes to figure out how to fire a minigun. And the entire ensuing battle after that.
1:57:00 8 minutes with a pen and paper to work out the Hacking minigame despite understanding the concept and still getting it wrong.
Dogmeat will be called "Dog" for the rest of the playthrough because she didn't talk to Mama Murphy.
Still hasn't discovered the VATS system.
Gives the dog a stimpack in his inventory to use with his opposable thumbs.
Ignores 5 raiders and a death claw in her face to try to heal the dog.
Could barely land a shot with a minigun on a Deathclaw taking up 3/4 of the screen.
She's going to drop this game after a few videos. There's no way she's going to be able to play when the enemies start increasing in levels.
4:08 character customization
25:37 awaken from cryo
56:06 into the Wasteland
"I don't need a coffee cup" - o man
woohoo lets go!
I was surprised to see that this was dropping more frames than the PS4 Pro version.
Not being familiar with the XBox really sets you up w/ a handicap in this.
Your game must have glitched out because when you first meet Dogmeat, the game should have instructed you to greet the dog and it did not.
I don't remember her fighting the molerats after meeting Dogmeat either.
One of the games ive played the longest time. On PC AND Xbox :)
Don't use fast travel 100% of the time, you'll miss unmapped locations and random encounters.
The frame rate is really horrible on the xbox, Is it running bad for you or just the recording? You need a powerful PC running this at 120 frames per second, it would be nice and smooth.
Since Bathesda came out with FO 76 I think they quit supporting the Xbox version of FO4. I don't know about their support of the PC version. I play on Xbox. These days when in downtown Boston my game freezes every few minutes requiring a reboot.
I find it weird that Codsworth isn't setting the carpet or grass on fire. That's heat coming out of the jet engine on his bottom, you can see the air rippling.
I played FALLOUT 3, NEW VEGAS , FALLOUT 4 many times but my favorite remains FALLOUT 3.
Some base clothing will allow you to stack pieces of armor on top of it, while others completely "fill" your clothing and armor slots. Takes a bit of trial and error to see what you can mix and match. Inventory management is one of the biggest pains in the ass of the game. Oh and never leave a fusion core in a suit of power armor unless you want a random NPC to jump in and use it. Friend or foe.
You should go back to vault 111 and open your spouses pod and get the wedding ring
what for?
It's for sentimental value at first, but for the long term it's worth 200 caps.
And pick up the loot she missed in the first few minutes of the video.
Mommy’s not going far…😂
Was so confused wondering why this girl dont just turn off the aircon .. then i remembered its nora shivering lol
