The Rycote mount slides- this is so you can move it forwards if you need to get close to the viewfinder, or backwards if you need to keep it out of shot for a really wide lens.

The WS12 Windscreen is now available on B&H for $29 Kinda steep IMO but I got one and it works well. Rode Mics are great but they are notorious for not including accessories with their mics and those accessories are generally pricey although the quality is always there. Nice video. This is one of my favorite mics as well.
