I had a car accident today I had my 2 babies with me and my mom thankfully we are all ok. But for some reason I don’t feel ok I feel like I can’t breathe it’s not something physical it’s more like psychological stress. My husband is a student I’m a stay at home mom we live in a small village I feel bad for my kids that we will be stuck at home now for who knows how long. My mom is going back to CA I have no one here I don’t wanna tell my husband how bad and uncomfortable and stressed and depressed I feel cause he also has a lot on his plate. I feel like I’m useless if not a burden. Sometimes I feel bad that my kids have a mom like me. I even lost the credit card yesterday. I am doing my best to be more helpful to everyone, to be a good mom, to be a good wife, to be a good daughter, to look at the mirror and love myself. But GOD I am literally failing at all of these. I just wanted to get that out of my chest!
Thank God you and your family are safe. I know it feels like everything’s happening at once but take it one day at a time. Before you go to bed, pray and think positive thoughts about the future you want. I hope you feel better and things work out for you soon. God bless.

You are human which means we are perfectly imperfect and that we may mess up sometimes or feel down but we are still doing our best. I don’t know you but I pray God helps you through this difficult time, and that you come out even stronger on the other side! He has a plan for you and your life and if you give all your struggles and worries away to Him, He will give you such wonderful peace I promise ❤keep being the beautiful person you are and the wonderful mother you are. Girl it's time you cut yourself some slack. I guarantee you are NOT useless. It's the mom who keeps the wheels turning. Taking care of the kids and a household is a ton of work. When you look in that mirror you need to be kind to that face staring back at you. What I hear is that you have prioritized everyone else over yourself. You cannot take care of anyone unless you take care of yourself first. You can't pour from an empty cup.
