What Tingting gets right that i love is the purposeful movement to make sound. So many creators rattle and toucb things just for the noise, but the point is its supposed to be pjrposeful like in real life.
And we never hear or drop things, pick things up or put things down. We hear only the sounds she wants us to hear. And I love her oh so much for that
I love how her movements almost always are slow and patient. So many creators make their movements too fast (for me) and it stresses me out more than it relaxes me 😅

Your English is amazing! The word you were looking for is elastic band. Also, in the states, we call puffing up the hair into a mound "teasing" or tease the hair.
To add on to this educational comment. You could say elastic band, hair bow, hair tie, or ponytail holder. Lots of different phrases for this🤭
