WOW-O-WOW is this a great layout and model train extravaganza. Riding this track the distance would be the best vacation ever. The camera shots and placement were perfect. The cab rides were thrilling. Thank you so very much for this wonderful gift of a video.
I have to say, I absolutely LOVE your channel! I'm not sure if you add tags to your videos or not, but you should really add an ASMR tag. Your videos are so beautiful, soothing and relaxing! Cheers!
@@pilentum you are correct. But it is now more casually used to describe a "deep sense of relaxation" from watching or hearing certain sounds or visuals. I have MS, and although I also love trains, watching your channel soothes my nerves and helps me relax. So... thank you!
Muchas gracias por presentar esta maqueta tan grande y maravillosa. Mi época favorita para maquetas son los años 60´s y 70´s. Se pueden apreciar muchos trenes, vagones y locomotoras variadas (vapor, diesel y eléctricas).
Great detail with everything. Really super passenger train with realistic detail. That long steam freight is one of the best I have ever seen. More smoking steam please!
Nice layout. Big project. Please put more effort in the assembly of the tracks. The trains (maybe due to the zoom level) seem to be jumping up and down now and then. As you seem to be using Train Controller, make the brakedistance longer in your blocks. Excellent work of Pilentum again.
I love the track layout at Hässleholm C - this passage of 3-2-3 tracks and wiggly platforms. Maybe not unique, but rarely seen. Maybe I missed it, but I haven't spotted an important detail for Hässleholm C - the distance sign "535" at the southern boundary of the station. Also, I have the impression that the faluröd passenger cars were made one-off - seems like there were no two identical ones ;)
Hello friends. I need to know what model (series, brand, model, manufacturer, etc.) is the locomotive that appears clearly at minute 28:56. It is very similar to an Italian Chilean locomotive that was only built for Chile (Brenda-Marelli, E30 and E32). There is no one to do them in Chile and a long time ago I did not see one so similar ... please, any information I will appreciate it !!!
The electric locomotive (which annoyingly has it's pantographs down), is an Ra class. You can find a little information on it here: adnalm.org.uk/index.html?locos there is obviously more information out there, but a lot will be in swedish.
The date being modelled must be after 3 September 1967 because, before that date, Sweden had left-hand highway driving. On that date the country changed to right-hand driving, which is what is shown in all the street scenes on the layout. The railways, however, still practice left-hand running!
I mean its not really toy trains once you get to a certain level. Railway Modelling is a culmination of model locomotive and rollingstock alongside scenery. Honestly its impressive the level of detail people can get.
Certainly has the Wow factor in abundance, never has 51 minutes gone by so quickly so enthralling was your video coverage
Thank you for your excellence in capturing the fine details of this masterpiece.

Thank you! What does ASMR mean?
...Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response... No, it's just my love to model trains making such videos.

Yeah, I got that. I am very happy when my little videos help for your well-being. You're welcome!
32:00 unreal trackwork! To make track look like bad but actually work is amazing.
37:00 that main line run is absolutely fantastic.
amazing models, fantastic video
Thanks for a nice video ! A really fine layout , southern Sweden during the 1960 and 1970s. Mainly around the city of Hässleholm.
It's going to be all railroads within the old borders of Hässleholm "kommun".

I just love the 70's p*rn music you always use in your videos :) :)
Looks like PILENTUM is a Boz Scaggs fan.
No wonder I like your channel.

Seems to be from moving the layout to a different location?
Could be the case if it were not modular build?
Just my two cents. :))

There is no Live Wire!
"Next few years..." Actually, the plan is to be finished in spring 2052, since this isn't even half of what's to be built.
???
@@pilentum What do you mean "?"? You've been there, didn't you ask about the large empty area or the scope?

Why are people who are into toy trains, always middle aged men or older
I’m into model trians since I was a kid, and I’m 35 now working in 1:1 scale 😉👍
