1. As some who had sinus surgery three years ago, I am reminded of the delight in being able to breathe through my snoot and the energy levels post surgery teetering on punch drunk in this video. 2. I am not at all surprised and quite pleased there were no punches pulled with editing. Thank you Az (Oz, ahhhz if your midwestern)?!
Anders, I cannot smell, I rarely drink alcohol, I watch your videos because I find you and Az a delight and love the history you give about the drinks. Glad you're back at it.
Awesome recipes! For everybody not knowing: Frozen grapes are basicly grape sorbet snacks! Try it and find your preferred texture! I freeze them and let them warm up for 5-10 minutes after
Bought all the ingredients on the way home after a round of golf and can say this is a very pleasant cocktail. To me it tastes like fresh grapefruit juice.
I’m late to the comment party. Made the enzoni with cotton candy grapes and Botanist gin and subbed in Meyer lemon. It was delightful! I have also tried green crisp grapes and Hendricks and lemon - also amazing. You are right, the profile on this drink changes depending on the grapes. I love that. Thank you for introducing me to this one!
Aww man I did not watch The Saturn drink video and now I feel bad because it felt like you were talking to me lol. I’ll go check it out now Anders, I’m glad you’re feeling better and back to making great content.
Our household has had several Enzonis (and Fall Enzonis with rye) over the last three years. We now have another one to try. With summer coming up I'm sure the Frozoni will be enjoyed many times.
Hi Anders….you are never forgotten….welcome back-you look great!….what better way to start the weekend than with a video from Anders!…a nice history lesson and a great drink to go with it!🤗🤗👌👌❤️❤️….I like version 2 with Preseco!👌👌…Have a wonderful weekend and as always “CHEERS!”🍹🍹
If anyone is interested in trying the tikified version. 1 oz Lightly Aged Rum (I used El Dorado 3 year) 1 oz Campari ¾ oz Lemon Juice ½ oz Orgeat 5 Grapes
I always likened the Enzoni to grapefruit juice, both in it's pink appearance and taste. The Campari gives it the bitterness of grapefruit juice, while the lemon + grape juice give it the fruity sweetness, and the gin kinda just hangs out in the background. Like you said, truly a dangerous cocktail. My Mum always requests one when my folks come over for dinner and I always oblige her.
Tried it this afternoon - very sweet-tarty, in a good way. Instead of making the blended frozen version, we poured a little prosecco over the top of the rocks version for a kindof enzoni-sbagliato. Very nice afternoon on the porch - waiting for rain - sipping drink. Thanks for sharing!
This is a winner! I used six small-ish grapes and I think I'll use a lot more next time, since they are so easy to overshadow with the Campari. But this IS a delicious, astringent yet refreshing little drink.
My favourite is with green grapes, also frozen grapes are like ice cream...have frozen grapes with shots of frozen grapes or frozen pico, excellent after meal treat
We really enjoy watching your content. I dug into this one a little. One reference said the original used Concord Grapes. They are hard to find. So, I got some 100% Organic Concord juice and made one with 1oz, instead of the muddled grapes. It was very different, more grapey. Recommended.
I'm pro-green-grape-enzoni too -- especially since they seem to be slight under ripe from grocery stores. The added tartaric acid and tannins are soooooo good.
Anders, it's good you're back! I was wondering the last two weeks where did you go. Great to see a new cocktail - still finding my way to Campari, so I'll try! 🤩
We love the videos you two put out and tune in each Friday. We tried both of these, and really enjoyed the frozoni best. Thanks for all your stories. We enjoy those as well. Cheers.
Hey Anders! Long time lurker first time poster. Very liked this. Would like to share this variant: +2 grapes, tone down Campari to 3/4 and add 1/4 mezcal, use 1 teaspoon of honey instead of syrup. The mezcal really brights up the citrus. Let us know! 🙂
Nice to have you back! My highlight of the week is usually when you publish a new video. The Enzoni has been on my ToDo list for a long long time. However, the recipe I have has lemon and lime in it.
Saw your Saturn video when it came out and it inspired us to get an immersion blender! The Saturn is my wife's favorite cocktail and she's all about a good blended drink.
I just put an enzoni-ish drink on the menu at the craft cocktail bar I work at. It uses Roku Gin, Campari, and Yuzu. Instead of muddled grapes and simple syrup, I made a plum and pandan cordial.
So glad you are feeling better! Can’t wait to try both these and the Saturn this summer. My favorite part of the video…🎶 Dog hair everywhere🎶 Nice singing!!
I bought what turned out to be a 2lb bag of grapes for the 1/2 cup I needed for a broccoli salad yesterday. My wife said, "Um, you know you don't have the buy the whole bag, right?" I didn't. Today, she asked, "What are we going to do with all these grapes?" I've got just the thing! This afternoon, we're drinking enzonis on a beautiful, sunny day. Thanks for this!
Good stuff! The bride is on her way to pick up grapes right now. Been looking for something to ease the upcoming hot Texas summer! I had the sinus surgery last summer... I both feel your pain and feel your relief.
Great to see you back. Congrats on the new and improved sinuses and thanks… as always… for the great recipes. And your Saturn vid is up over 57k views!
Just had a negroni last night with the botanist! So great! I usually use the Liberator out of Detroit, MI. Both great! Also, I just love your videos. My husband and I never miss one! Thanks for your time! And Oz, we think you are the cutest! The two of you do such a great show! Cheers!
I've had one of these before, but couldn't remember what they were called. They're absolutely delicious, and your frozen take on it will probably kill a bottle or two of Campari on my deck this summer. Glad you're back, and more glad you're breathing better!
Anders Erickson First of his name! Welcome back! Glad everything went great. When i got my deviated septum fixed it was my worst surgery. Like i got curb stomped!
Good to see you back, this sounds like a great summer cocktail and as a lover of negronis will have to try this out especially as I have some grapes sitting in the kitchen.
Fizzy Grapes for the Frozoni would be a fun combination with the prosecco. Recently learned how easy it is to do with a cream dispenser and looked for an opportunity to try it out. I think I just found it :)
About time I made this drink. Cheers everybody!

The Frozoni - Where is my Super Suit?!?
I came looking for this comment 😅
Hello I. It’s all about the frendzonies we make along the way
So true
That’s the kind of thing that will get you frendzonied by your crush if you say it out loud
@@destroyerofnations1828😄
I've never seen a person so aloof, yet so invested talking about grapes🤣
"Off the meds" right 😜
I think he’s clearly on the meds… very entertaining.
He definitely seems more relaxed and silly! 🤪🤭 But probably do to feeling better 😉 Being able to breathe will do that to ya! 😅
It's the added oxygen IMO

Fridays are even better with a video from Anders Erickson
Anders, I cannot smell, I rarely drink alcohol, I watch your videos because I find you and Az a delight and love the history you give about the drinks. Glad you're back at it.
Anders, I hope the day does not come that you get burnt out from making these videos! You are a godsend! Thank you for being you!
I recommend CottonCandy grapes 🍇
So happy to have you back and so happy you're doing better!!
Feeling much better. Cheers
I use Aperol instead of Campari. Just use less simple syrup, maybe a dash of orange bitters. Such a delicious cocktail.
I'm kind of playing around with the ratio of gin to campari
Awesome recipes!

Your last video about the Saturn drink has become my favourite.
Aww man I did not watch The Saturn drink video and now I feel bad because it felt like you were talking to me lol. I’ll go check it out now Anders, I’m glad you’re feeling better and back to making great content.
Anders is out of control in this one. Love it.
Anders droppin the F-Bomb like a champion! 😂
Frenzoni was right there!!!!
Made the Frozoni last night, It was SO TASTY! Absolutely one of my favourite cocktails this year! Thank you for sharing!
The Saturn is an EXCELLENT cocktail. I served it to my visiting inlaws last weekend. Everybody loved it.
Our household has had several Enzonis (and Fall Enzonis with rye) over the last three years. We now have another one to try. With summer coming up I'm sure the Frozoni will be enjoyed many times.

Are we not going to talk about the fact that you pulled out a big bag of frozen grapes and DIDN'T mention what a great healthy Summer snack they are?
You're absolutely right, but we're not going to talk about it
The most genuine and awesome sign off!! Glad you're feeling better!! The abundance is among us💜
If anyone is interested in trying the tikified version.
1 oz Lightly Aged Rum (I used El Dorado 3 year)
1 oz Campari
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Orgeat
5 Grapes
Welcome back! I’m going to ask Mrs. Barker, my second grade teacher, to give you a “Grape Job!” sticker. They’re scented!
It is good to see you back. I was worried. Both these drinks look delicious.
Fear not! I'm back
Imagine all the new flavors and notes you'll be able to smell with your new sinuses! Cheers, Anders - great to have you back!

Ah yes, the single large grape garnish. I believe it’s all the rage in Paris at the moment.
It would be Italian to do an olive, so you just cannot go wrong with a melon sized grape!
For the next twenty-four hours...then it will have become passe.
Ah yes, when in Rome…
It has been killing it in Paris!...TX.
In all honestly i was thinking a grape with a orange folded around it, but the huge ice cube just gets in the way of any garnish.
What a charming trainwreck
I had sinus surgery at the beginning of May. Mine went well; I hope yours did too. It’s so nice to breathe again!
Love your channel, Anders.
I didn't have a lemon, so I used fresh orange juice, and it was excellent!

Glad to hear your sinus passages are at peak flow!! Can’t wait to try this! Also will be doing this with frozen pineapple for a frozen jungle bird!
I just tried the regular Enzoni at home tonight. Wow, the grape comes through. I really like this drink
Missed you, man! The week's not complete without Anders and Az. A toast to you both.
Cheers
Welcome back buddy!
Thanks Uncle Pete! Good to be back
Hell yeah! Go Uncle Pete!
Grape video! I had a few good laughs and i’ll definitely will bring some grapes to work and try these out
We didn't have grapes available, so we sub'ed blueberries, and garnished w a sprig of mint. Turned out good.
Good to see you back! Glad your procedure went well. This drink looks great!
Thanks! Happy weekend
I'm pro-green-grape-enzoni too -- especially since they seem to be slight under ripe from grocery stores. The added tartaric acid and tannins are soooooo good.
Was wondering when you’d tackle the Enzoni. Fabulous cocktail. Glad you did a riff on it too.
welcome back Anders, glad your procedure was successful, we missed you 😀
Anders, it's good you're back! I was wondering the last two weeks where did you go. Great to see a new cocktail - still finding my way to Campari, so I'll try! 🤩
Just made the Enzoni. It's soooo good. Super easy to make and way too easy to drink.
Love the "non-edits"! And what a delicious and refreshing porch-pounder!
Glad to have you back.

Just made one. Absolutely fabulous. It tastes like the kind of drink I would get from a place by me that makes incredible craft cocktails. 😋

Grapes soaked in grappa and frozen, then dipped in chocolate. Seriously good. Might be a fun garnish
