Do you know, what is your car's rear angle is, where did you install the diffuser? I'm building mine(Locost) and it is 10 degree. I'm wondering mine would look the same, or would sit lower, than yours. Looking great by the way. You could leave a bit of a space, and you don't have to put tape.

No mate, age related as it’s using one single donor along with all new parts. It takes on the year of the donor car
Could you have just put the car up on ramps? Let us all know if you notice a difference in the handling.
Would have made sense for us to make some sort of drive up ramps for sure, but we got too excited and carried away, Rob has not driven the car enough to really give feedback either way i dare say
