Very good info if you want to plan ahead. Most of my rides I really don’t have any idea ahead of time where I might want to go so trying to figure out the best way to use my new Garmin Overlander to find my way around.

What if an organiser's map has issues and am comforted to replace the Map via a self mimicked map via this method what would be an easy method to copy over an existing gpx

Great video! Doesn’t Basecamp have a specific activity that must be chosen for calculation reasons? Can you elaborate on that?
