If you have a car with high ground clearance you can go from Marhi side else Manali to Rohtang via Atal Tunnel and Koksar would be best

We are coming to Manali on Feb 10th and return on Feb 14th. May I know solang, rohtang pass and atal tunnel will be open on those days??

Rohtang wil be closed by that time. You can visit Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel.
