sometimes i worry that daff will end up getting good but i think we're good for a while jk i don't play the game i don't know what good or bad looks like
As a possible explanation for why dazzle is doing really early graves, it's what flaming teaches you to do. Dazzle is like the only pos 5 that will get flamed much, and you will definitely get flamed if you try to do good shallow graves and are late. You will never get flamed for doing them too early. Turns out flaming your teammates doesn't make them better, who knew.
Poor Dazzle has been given anxiety by noobs. He's probably a smart guy who went to college, but all his bad teammates over the years have taught him to doubt his own judgement and intelligence
It depends on how you're flaming them. The problem is, most people that would flame a teammate, don't actually know what's smart and what's not, and are more concerned with just calling their teammate bad because they lost the game over helping them improve and improving themselves.
I don't play Dota, but in LoL we have a champion named Zilean that is kinda similar. We 100% hard flame Zilean for using his ult too early, almost as much as using it too late. Surprised that Dota would be any different.
This for sure. You are fighting again PA, TA, and AM. You gotta grave at like 60% health. You would much rather have a 1 second of value from grave than none.
Glorious! The final cut you Daf was *chef kiss*. As a side note, I'm hoping your most recent scub dota stream was you setting up lines to use in your forthcoming edit of your decent into herald madness rather than a true reflection of your mental state. But if it is, maybe both editing and coaching it too much for one man to handle? Perhaps consider subbing in another coach every once in a while to give yourself a break? As they say, a little bit of poison makes you stronger, but too much will kill you.
I don't even play dota and I think out of all of my subs, this is one of my favourite series. There's just something so immensely watchable about it. Pyrion is a great host and Lewis is.... Lewis. Some great catharsis and shadenfreude wrapped together through poor old Daff, it's great.
I appreciate the clip of Daf acknowledging that he didn't do well despite winning the game after Pyrion's comment. It's nice to see our brave boy has some awareness despite Pyrion's doubt.
At 28:18, Pyrion says Dismember's damage doesn't pierce BKB, which is not true anymore. Everything about Dismember pierces BKB. In fact, most spells that pierce spell immunity now just do their damage regardless.
Just caught up after a awhile and I feel Daf was actually getting good at his regular picks so he's got to be nerfed by giving him unfamiliar ones - otherwise it's not Scrub anymore! (Not that I'm complaining, we get to see more variety this way 😄)
"Uhh, Pyrion! I was watching your stream the other day, and he has the same items as you had, an aether lens and refresher, and here you are criticizing CPT Carribean." That's my guess, at least.
You guys should make a "DOTA School" series where you teach people some of the phrases and meta's of DOTA, i love this series but Dota seems so hard to get into
I remember one of the first games I won with Drow Ranger, and it was a glorious comeback where my team was horrendously out leveled by the other team, and we had just gotten destroyed in a team fight but I managed to survive and make it back to base. Then it was 1v4 at our base and by myself managed to take out 3 of them forcing the last guy to retreat. I then farmed a bit waiting for my team to get back, and then by the time we were all back and ready to go the other team was as well, and so we retreated back to base where the kept pushing and then I managed to take out another 3 of them and my team took out another and then we walked down the middle lane and destroyed their base. I remember looking back at the win percentage for that game and it was like 2% after we lost that big team fight.
Yeah the enemy team had no frontline they had carries and support but no pudge/mars to distract and force a fight. the Dire basically throw the game by waddling into the enemy team
This series is absolutely brilliant! An idea might be to try and get a guest in a bit now and then (think Jenkins, BSJ, or some such), but keep up the amazing work!
Just fifteen minutes in and already someone should've told Daff that buying hood on Pudge was to protect yourself from Rot damage but adversely....you have a much harder time denying yourself to rot. XD
Props to the art team/editors for the 2022 glass on Lew Lew. The two of them always look awesome but the glass are just on point.
Props to Joe to manually animating it
@@felixpoopypants frame by frame O.o
Never stop this, can't wait for a full year of scrub dota!
Like, I kinda hate dota, but really look forward to these

@@KanadasKid old scrub dota was just catching rando's and that was as funny IMO. Blood from the first ep of scrub dota is still my favourite
13:30 I love Joe editing in his own high-energy casting to contrast Pyrion's slightly disinterested casting.
I hate That
@@greinsem Ok nerd we get it, you hate fun
I wouldnt say flax is disinterested. He is usually very focused on whats going on and explaining game mechanics as a good caster should.

@@tenacity25 Then it wouldnt be flaming, it'd be constructive criticism
@@moldiworp9143 Very angry and aggressive constructive criticism I'd still call flaming

I would love to see one of this where Joe takes part in the after-the-fact casting
Maybe one day joe and pyrion could swap! Not that I'm eager to see pyrion and daff fall out, like they might, but still... it'd be nice to watch
the cut to Daf saying how he felt about the match right after Pyrion saying he'd consider it a win was perfect
As a dazzle player, sometimes against PA you need to grave pretty early because of those big crits, but maybe not as early as this dazzle did lol
This for sure. You are fighting again PA, TA, and AM. You gotta grave at like 60% health. You would much rather have a 1 second of value from grave than none.

That cheeky edit of "slow zone". Chef's kiss Joe.
Watching at minute 25 wondering how this is going to be a 45 min game
C'est un scrub cast exceptional. Merci beaucoup pour cette series extraordinaire!
that ending was fantastic
2:30, watching this while not paying attention fully and drinking water... not a great combination xD
"You can finger her and its not gonna do shit"
Sounds like an unfortunate situation for poor TA
This series is hard carrying me in herald 2
LvL 1 rot can't break refraction by the way, it quite literally doesn't do enough damage to break the threshold for its damage instance.
2:35.. You can do what in this game??
17:38 the shadow shaman hexed TA right at the start of the fight
LETS GOOO. MORE SCRUB DOTA
"you are a gibbon... as am I" what a priceless sentence
i love seeing Pyrion be so passionate about DOTA and telling people off its amazing to watch. LOVE IT
31:32 VALVE NEEDS TO DO AN ANNOUNCER OF DAFF i would love for that double kill line to be in game!
I appreciate the clip of Daf acknowledging that he didn't do well despite winning the game after Pyrion's comment. It's nice to see our brave boy has some awareness despite Pyrion's doubt.
Best thing on TH-cam back for 2022. Never stop!

Shadow Shaman also seemed to wait a lot on his kit to see if he could kill I feel
Loving this series as always
Lol the ending! In proxy you played bad too, your coaching was bad LMAO
God bless, i thought these are over for a bit after last 2 episode but so happy its back
i liked this video when daf hooked his own range creep point blank

This is still totally herald tier dota. Hilarious mistakes on both sides.
this is the first game I've seen live by joe and daf first, and it's such a total disaster, this can only be good
Alas the egg and the gin return
That venge's deny on dire mid was nicely done.
Smashing my lasses back doors in watching this again lads, she’s mad for it. Keep it up
well done lad
I've a lot of experience making youtube comments, and I can confirm 1000% I speak exactly like Pyrions example.
my favorite content from you guys!
This makes me want to play dota... At the same time, i know my enemies will never be this bad
i literally do not play dota but i am here for this
Absolutely love this content
Thanks for the lineman analogy, Pyrion.
Pyrion, mate, still waiting for that Death Prophet guide you promised
im loveing this
YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!!!!!! SCRUB DOTA WOOOOO OYEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!
2:35 excuse me?!...
18:37 Pardon me?!...
32:54 - can anyone translate what Pflax is saying here?

I've been playing DOTA and there are some absolute scrubs who play in unranked and take the games super serious while playing like shit. It's bizarre.
Daff should never go mid
This series is absolutely brilliant! An idea might be to try and get a guest in a bit now and then (think Jenkins, BSJ, or some such), but keep up the amazing work!

Officially getting back into Dota, thanks boys :')
Keep doing these yall !!!!!!!
Those glasses are amazing!

hood is a must on pudge... to play with rot
That venge was so bad...
Anyone else want a magnet 2d of skeleLewis and little magnet accessories?
More painful gameplay
woooooooo- i get so hyped for these
Daf vs lewis 1 on 1 mid gogo
These casts are amazing and I love them. But Daff is a gibbon.
Daff is a gibbon, by extension Joe is a gibbon and we are all gibbons together.
Is it just me or does Pflax sound like a British Randy Feltface?
The overexaggeration of Pflax's personality that he puts on is similar to Randy, yeah.
Let’s goo daf
fuck knows why they got rid of rot denying a mastered skill ill never get to use again sad times
I don't hate Daf but basically that game was 4v5, he didn't do much.
soul ring sucks on pudge,,,never seen in low rank or master rank its just not an item for pudge lol.
