Any type of Modification will void ur warranty. But in this case, there is no wire cutting. So in case any problem, u can make the original setting and claim ur warranty.

That hole in dust cover that you made will allow water & dust inside the headlight and make it worst.

If u dont put dust cover then more amount of dust and water will go. The packing of headlight assembly is such that water will not go

Modifications with Manoj I’m not saying to remove it, what I’m saying is try to avoid that hole. Like you can go for led without fan or something.
