My Ola scooter got stuck in the middle of the road while i were riding it. Despite calling for RSA (Roadside Assistance), no one came to help. I managed to bring the scooter home after facing difficulties. Now, for four days, the scooter has been outside my home. I have the Ola Care Plus plan, but no one from Ola has come to visit. It's a very poor service experience. Please don't buy Ola electric
Really feel bad for your inconvenience.....simple technology will always keeps your equipments reliable, productive, easily repairable(sometimes diy)....adding more and more software keeps the ev unusable at sometime ....even in petrol vehicles nowadays software dependency brings huge problems (ecm).....
