FunPlex holds a lot of nostalgia for me, as I live fifteen minutes from it and grew up going here frequently. Younger me was thrilled when FunCoaster came along! In my opinion, the best food option around here is Ma and Pa’s Tex Mex in Mount Laurel
As I remember that it was said about prices, I went this Wednesday to funplex and actually there was a deal of a total cost of $45 dollars that you get to experience unlimited waterpark/outdoor/indoor rides and also you get to play in the bowling area with as many rounds as you want until the closing time. I actually really enjoyed this place especially the go-karts even though I had crashed a few times 😅😂
In addition to SFGA, Clementon, and SP, there are also many Jersey beaches not too far away (Seaside Heights, Ocean City, Wildwood), that have numerous rides and attractions.
I work here at the east hanover location so I get free admission for me and my friends. There are quite a few good perks to working at Funplex and the management and team are great and fun to work with. I see kids LOVE this place it gets crowded and it works for many honestly. The East Hanover Location is in a much better spot tbh because it's not too close to great adventure or any other waterpark, they're all 1 hour or more away. Prices can range but the funband is sold most of the time so that's 15 dollars and you can do just a few attractions with that so, talk about a fixed budget. The Little kids ages 4-13 LOVE this place and it has more rides for a younger audience compared to what six flags would offer. The waterpark is when the funplex comes to life during the summer. But there is a bunch of indoor fun to keep having after the waterpark closes or if people just want to be in the air conditioning so it's kind of a nice offering in that regard.
I'm sorry but $60 for an FEC? You can get into Great Adventure for that! Which has much better roller coasters, like literally the tallest coaster on the planet, and Nitro, which definitely beats *checks notes* a spinning wild mouse.
I don't care if Great Adventure is right there, I actually really really love Wild Mouses, Pirate Ships and Larson drop towers and this park has all 3 of those, I can see myself spend all day here for fun!
The half pipe slide at Funplex doesn’t look as good as Banzai Pipeline because the one at Funplex, the bunny hill is a lot smaller and more drawn out. But I haven’t been on it so I don’t know for sure.
Funplex mount laurel use to be fun.. but the 30 dollar admission is outrageous…but some times they wave it or don’t ask for it. But you could walk in there and pay 40 dollars just to ride the coaster or 55 for a 25 dollar arcade credit…the workers close the mini golf a hour before closing and line jumping is big for the go carts. I stopped taking my son there and we go to iplay in freehold..try to get the credit before park closing in the summer and run best advice lol
I visited that place once and it was really awkward just being there for the credit, which actually makes it kind of a rare one. You really have to be there for the full package, or else it's kind of a waste of money
I almost walked away when I realized that I'd have to pay $30. I went for it anyway, but I don't agree with that business strategy. Sure, they get more money out of us crazy coaster enthusiasts who really want the credit, but it seems that they'll lose a lot of money from people who would just go somewhere else instead.
Hello Everyone, i know this video was uploaded a year ago but I just want this to be heard and ignore me if you care but this needs to be said. The Funplex looks like a fun place to be and hang but this is no place to work here. The Funplex treats their staff absolutly horrible with absolutly little to no benefits whatsoever. They do not care about you, you are mearly an ant in this whole business and they treat you like so. You are here to make money nothing more nothing less. If you ever think about applying here please do not. It is better to work somewhere else but here. If anybody would like me to go into detail on why this place is hell to work at, please reply below. If you have read all of this thank you and I hope you have a great rest of your day.

Kids seems to love this place.

I agree.

Glad they give you nice perks!
Is there enough for 2 year olds to do?

I agree those places have better value.
At the same time tho, funplex is more of an arcade. Amusement rides r more so an add on for the place
Congrats on 20k!!!
Thanks!
Congrats on 20k!!! 🎉
Thanks!
5:23 OMG LOOK AT THE TIMY SCREAMIN SWING IT’S SO CUTE!!!
Yes it is.

There isn't a Larson tower, but it has the first two.
I grew up going to the funplex in east hanover, and it’s so much fun!
It's a decent little park.
0:38 in the background there's just the screen of SpongeBob yelling at squidward to get a job 😂
Lol

It's possible. I couldn't get too close to it since I didn't go in the water area.

The prices are the biggest downside for sure.
Can you ride ocean tide at funplex
It looked more for kids, so I didn't ride it.
are you gonna play the new pokemon games
Yes, I have Violet. Already have a level 60 Dachsbun.
Yo ging it will be fun
Fun park.
You said it's the best family entertainment center in New Jersey. What's the best FEC you've been to overall?
Hard to say. Depends where you draw the line. Stratosphere comes to mind if it counts.
@@CanobieCoaster I wouldn't count that because that's not exactly a place for families if you think about it.
I’d definitely recommend coming here after my 2 visits
Nice!
Daytona Beach could use a funplex.
Could work there.
I visited that place once and it was really awkward just being there for the credit, which actually makes it kind of a rare one. You really have to be there for the full package, or else it's kind of a waste of money
I wish they had the old pay-per-ride option and free admission.
I was shocked when they changed the model.
5:21 mini screamin swing
Yes
I’ll pass with the prices
Fair

Sorry to hear it wasn't a good work environment.
$60 just to get into this FEC is an absolute ripoff.
They have the card option, but that still is higher than others.
