As far as i understand it, Soy is fine if you use fermented products as that breaks down those harmful effects. Most traditional uses such as soy sauce, tofu, tempeh, miso are all fermented so should be ok. But keeping your diet varied and not having too much one of ingredient is a good plan as well. I just avoid any soy not fermented.

The gym helps with mental health, burns calories and stress, builds muscles, positive body image, replenishes your testosterone etc. Doing all this has made me a healthier person mentally and physically.

Filter your tap water with a good osmose filter. Clean water is the key!
