      Bobby, few tips for your driver swing!
      1) Please tilt your shoulders back at your setup, it will feel uncomfortable but it's absolutely necessary when swinging the driver. You tend to hit down on the ball causing a ton of spin on your drives, this will help you hit up on it more.
      2) Just a swing thought for your driver swing, when transferring your weight from your back foot to your left foot, feel as if you're transferring all that weight to the back of your heel. This will keep you from pushing your hip over your front foot and causing a nasty duck hook.
      Hope this helps, cheers mate! (Played D1 golf and am on korn ferry tour)

    Bro! you just saved my season! I've been struggling with the shanks for a week and no matter what "anti-shank" drills I did, I could perform them but then when set up to the ball, I would shank again. Until now, I followed your loading and unloading tips you did with Bob and no longer shanking. Wild. If you're ever in Orange County, I got you a tee time at my club! lol

    When hitting from a mat, I have found that placing something behind the ball can help indicate where I'm contacting the mat. I will place a Tee (pointy end toward the ball) and start an inch behind the ball. Half an inch closer and my divots are out front.

  • @lazlowe6227
    @lazlowe6227 ปีที่แล้ว

    This is awesome content! I notice that Bob's left leg straightens a bit vertically and his right hip works toward the ball through impact. This causes an early loss of spine tilt, thin shots and the over-the-top move. His is not very dramatic, but perhaps this is a nuance to look at in the future.

    There is nothing about this video that I don't like. Grant's patience and relatability is unmatched and I love that Bob, regardless of the fun loving and slightly haphazard content BDS provides, still cares enough about wanting to be a better golfer. I could watch an entire series of lesson videos featuring the two of these guys. Great stuff! Really enjoyed it.👍
