I feel the need to explain why projects like this have such an profound impact on people. Growing up, my best friend's name was Nick. In our early childhood, we developed a passion for engines and music. Although our taste in music was dissimilar, we both shared a love for my favorite band of all time: Killswitch Engage. Time goes on and Nick buys a 2013 Scion FRS. I've never seen a boy so proud. After countless mods and hooning around, Nick decided he would end his own life in the year of 2016.
Fast forward to 2021: Sion is formed and I am crying at 8 AM in my workplace parking lot. Sometimes I believe in coincidence.. other times I believe that music is the one part of my life that I can describe as an act of profound spiritual intervention.

Saw KSE at taste of chaos in 06, Howard picked up Burt Mcracken from the used and just threw him into the crowd. One of the greatest things ive ever experienced at a show. Digging the Sion so far
1M views in 12 days is crazy man, rivals/beats most big names in the genre. Can seriously see & hope this becomes a long-term project following the first album/EP. The response so far is crying for more & the music itself to me really captures Howard & Jared in their prime element. Howard has always been unmatched, but theres something that clicks so well in this setting with Jared's thick & meaty tone. The Prodigy-esque intro as well was 🤤 11/10 guys, cannot wait to hear more!

Howards clean vocals give me goosebumps everytime.
This was amazing, from a vocal standpoint Howard Jones is better than he's ever been and seems to be only getting better, from an instrumental point Jared Dines never ceases to make me bang my head off my desk. I would love to hear more of SION..
The fact that this is #33 on trending shows how anticipated this was. Metalcore has come such a long way.
