What a striking resemblance with the Greenman.. you can't call it pipes as singular. the wooded back drop helped the sound.. I remember a Penzance festival and Pipes Band tuning up in Morrab Gardens back of us, all in amongst the trees to hear sound/pitch, right wracked.. alright on the Parade mind you.. Rusty ones.. just wonder had they survived for long enough to fight another day. I find all my Bike gear enough to put on before a ride.. but chainmail and Armour.. He must of thought he was the Dogs BL's that Black Knight, betting is that BIG Guy dented his Armour/Pride. Wow you'd a woman hop in bed for you.. LOL. Bloody hell - how did they ever sleep in that bedroom with all that traffic noise, Dickie?!?!
You could see daylight between the floor boards .. Bedroom was directly over the shop… Must of been a lot of diesel fumes to contend with too....😉
Maybe add some history of the after battle where survivors trying to get sanctuary in the abbey were cut down. The battle was particularly bloody.
Hi Chris.. Agreed, that’s another story in its own right.. The Abbey had to be re- consecrated afterwards apparently.. Pretty brutal stuff.. 👍
