    Just introduction of taxes to the informal traders...ENCA must not narrate as thou no regulation will be posed to the traders.

      Nothing marvelous about this, informal traders will suffer from higher fixed storage rents.

    It's a trap, informal traders shouldn't allow this. They want to milk them with storage fees and Rent fees which will reduce their profits provided that they did not make a lot of revenue anyway.
    This will increase their fixed costs.
    The rich are milking every little effort of the poor.
