I love your list! Ellis is actually what we are naming our son. We knew right from the beginning that Ellis was the name for us. We had a tougher time with a middle name, but landed on Jean--named after his great grandma Jeanetta. We love the sound of Jean, but hate the spelling Gene. Great video!
My husband and I love the name Elias. Our one year old son’s name is Esias, we joke about if we were to have another son we would name him Elias so they would rhyme 😅
I thought Silas would be on your list! My husband and I had our first in June and had it been a boy Silas “Sy” was on our short list. Instead we were blessed with Annie 🥰
I honestly do love Silas but we have someone at our church named Silas and he and Jared always get comments about looking alike hahahah 😂 So I felt like it would have been weird to use that one!
We were going to name our son Henry for the longest time even tho Jack and George were on the list too but ended up naming him Silas and I am so in love with that name, baby Si for short
@@TheRuckFarm our Beau will be named after 3 family members who I was super close to. One of which was my uncle Bobby who we lost tragically a few years ago and I was super close with. I agree, it is a beautiful, strong name!
omg that totally made sense about making it sound good even when they're grown man haha! my 11-month-old son is named Felix and we love it. We wanted to name our next baby, Fox for boy, BUT now after watching your video, I think we're gonna let that one pass 😂
Hahaha oh gosh don't let me sway you too much 😂 I think if you love it then go for it but it's definitely worth the consideration for when they're older!
A classic timeless boy name I love is Ambrose, I just find it to be such a handsome and romantic name that will age well as a child gets older. Also you can’t pick a nickname for it which I personally like 😊I love the name Elias but that’s my uncles name so that wouldn’t be on my list.
My husband and I have bounced around Atlas, Nikolai and Ezra. We heard Atlas in a prayer list at church, Nikolai because we love Niko and Ezra was my grandfather’s middle name. Also, James is great. And Kelly is my father’s and brother’s name.
Our daughter’s name is Lillian or Lily, which means oath to God but also pure like lily from the Bible. We’re sticking with a classic yet unique name for our boy.
Names in English have so many possibilities! You can use classic names, last names and objects, city, seasons, anything! I feel we are pretty limited in French 🤔
As someone who is big into family tree building, this last name for first name trend is so frustrating. This makes tracking individual's names and family names so much harder (imo)! I also think that it can cause a similar issue as with "Hayes" (with automatic assumptions) were people will assume you're saying your last name, and will often get your name mixed up. As someone who grew up with an unconventionally spelt name, I can testify that always having to spell out your name (or always have it spelt/pronounced wrong gets real old fast). Plus, there is never anything with your name on it (like souvenir magnets, water bottles, toys etc.) Just something to think about!
My son’s name is Evans. Fits the last name/first name trend. We like how gentle is sounds and it reminded my partner of the word Heaven, in memory of my father who passed a few years ago 🥰
I like Hastings! It’s usually a last name. I’ve never heard it as a first name before but I actually love it ❤️ I also like Hayes and Beck a lot. And Theo but just by itself rather than a nickname for Theodore
These names were so my vibe when naming our son who was born in December we used James as his middle and did the whole last name as a first name trend which I didn’t even know was a thing 😂 his first name is Walker
My sons are in their 30s, but Daniel and David are their names, and I love them (yes, and their names, too..lol). But both are used a lot, even today. How about Monroe? Sounds like a strong masculine name!
Such great names! We have a Benjamin and a soon-to -be Jesse. We love the meanings for both of their names. Boy names are definitely harder to come up with! (Btw can you tell me the make/model of your couch in the background? I love it!)
Aw I love those! Benjamin is such a classic too! And this is the Structube Preston couch - we love it but actually JUST sold it to get something bigger!
We have a 7 month old Henry ! We love that name and are constantly getting compliments on his name when people ask! Keep it for later 😉 PS - what are you wearing on your lips ?!
It’s a beautiful name! Definitely keeping it on the list for the future 😏 And I’m wearing Pillow Talk by Charlotte Tillbury! Pretty much wear it every day haha
Im due this December with a baby boy!! This has given me so much inspo, so thank you! 😭 also quick question, what camera did you use for this video?? I LOVE the quality (and the video 😊)!
henry is actually my name for a boy if thats what im blessed with! its been mine and my man’s favourite boy name for years🥰 i get to find out in october !!! eek
I have a Hayes! Always get lot's of compliments on his name :) Now we are expecting #2 and have no idea what to do if baby is a boy. I need name suggestions for baby brother to go with big brother Hayes.
I have 3 girls, but we always had one boy and one girl name set in stone before finding out the gender with all of them. They would’ve been Beckham, Fisher and Scout. Instead we have Everly, Salem and Knightly!🥰
@@BethGraceMoore We did not wait! Although really wish I did. I was so antsy to find out each time and it ended up getting us in trouble when the sneak peek blood test AND an early 15 week ultrasound were both wrong with my youngest. Turns out our little “boy” was missing something when they checked the gender again at a later ultrasound🤣 girl mom for life!
@@sweetlife031 Thank you! I preferred it for a girl and was glad I was able to use it in that way! With my youngest, they made a mistake on the ultrasound and told us she was a boy so we had “Scout” printed on everything. While it is gender neutral, it just didn’t feel right after finding out she was actually a girl because we had associated it with our little “boy” haha!
Are you saying you were told you were having a boy….. but then when the baby came out, it was ….missing “something”….and they mistook the umbilical cord for a thing-a-ding ding? lol haha 😂🤣
Why the double standard for boys and girls? E.g. “it’s okay to name girls cute names but not boys because they grow up as strong men”. Shouldn’t we raise strong women as well and take into consideration their name as they mature?

Curious if you guys have any guesses on what name we might be thinking of using based on this list?! 👀
Wilde. And I love it too!
im thinking maybe christopher?? has a wonderful meaning and a very strong classic name! or johnathen
Oliver, Thomas, George, Nathaniel, and Leo are my guesses
William, Oliver, George, Christopher are my guesses. Good luck!
My guess is you are thinking Elliot with the nick name Eli.
We have a 4 year old Hayes and I haven't ever met another Hayes... for us it was different a enough name without being too crazy 😊
So handsome!

My son is Silas! We call him Si or Sly :)
We were going to name our son Henry for the longest time even tho Jack and George were on the list too but ended up naming him Silas and I am so in love with that name, baby Si for short
We have the same taste. I really like majority of those names.
I'm 30 weeks with our first baby, a boy, Bo Henry 😊 love these videos!
That’s amazing - two names on the list! 😂👏🏻 congrats!!
Love the list! My top Baby boy name is Robert but he will go by Beau, I love how traditional Robert is but Beau isn't a "typical" nickname for it.
That's such a good idea! I've never heard that before!
My husband is a Robert who went by Bobby as a boy and teen. I call him Bo for short. It’s a beautiful, strong name!
@@TheRuckFarm our Beau will be named after 3 family members who I was super close to. One of which was my uncle Bobby who we lost tragically a few years ago and I was super close with. I agree, it is a beautiful, strong name!
My favorite boy’s name is *Noah* 💙
No matter how popular it gets … it will always be my favorite 😍

Loooove the name Jack! It’s one of my favorite names!!!
I’d name a boy Milo Jack 💙 Can you guess what TV series inspired this? 🙂👌🏻

I am shocked that Ellis is the first name!! My sons name is Ellis and I have never heard anyone mention it 😋
My husband and I have bounced around Atlas, Nikolai and Ezra. We heard Atlas in a prayer list at church, Nikolai because we love Niko and Ezra was my grandfather’s middle name. Also, James is great. And Kelly is my father’s and brother’s name.

Love these ones! I really like Atlas so I bounced it off Jared - but because of our last name he was like "you need to use an Atlas Moore"... 🤦♀️
Names in English have so many possibilities! You can use classic names, last names and objects, city, seasons, anything! I feel we are pretty limited in French 🤔
But French names are soooooo pretty. 😍
Same with German 🙄 I love so many of the names mentioned, but it would not work in German 😬
Beautiful name list. My son’s name is Jack :) So classic and handsome. My guess for you guys is Quinn!
Such a beautiful name! And good guess on the name, Quinn is super cute - but nope 😉
Love Elias, Eli, Elijah. I aso think Tobias and Brooks are cool. We have a Levi James and a Zachary Blake. :)
I have two boy rabbits and one is named Beau. I so love the name💕

Hahah so true on the name spelling - my husband and I joke that we need to go to Paris to get Vivienne her name keychain 😂
I think Sebastian would sound lovely with Vivienne. Also Oliver or Atticus.
I have nephews named Atticus and Oliver they are teenagers now love their names.
Thinking we may have finally landed on one or two names over here as well 🙌🏼 boy names are no joke!
Woohoo!! Seriously - this one was (and still is) way harder for us!
Follow your heart for your baby boy
My problem is I relate every name to something, a person, a commercial, a rhyme etc.
My son’s name is Evans. Fits the last name/first name trend. We like how gentle is sounds and it reminded my partner of the word Heaven, in memory of my father who passed a few years ago 🥰
Aw that's such a cute one! Excellent choice 👏🏻

Omg!! I am having a boy in November!! I feel like everyone is having baby boys! Lol lol
I’ve always loved the name Miles and Theo was top 2 before we found out we were having a girl!
Suggestions: Reagan, Wells, Chase
Ooooooh I love Wells!
Elias Is on my list. I love the name but not sure if we will go with it
I really like Williams (not Bill for short but Liam), and Cristiano.
Congratulations on 19k
Im due this December with a baby boy!! This has given me so much inspo, so thank you! 😭 also quick question, what camera did you use for this video?? I LOVE the quality (and the video 😊)!
Aw yay, so glad! I use a Canon RP 🥰
I absolutely love your list, so vintage and classic! My favourite ones are definitely Henri, Levi, Miles and Beckham. 💙
Such beautiful names 😍
Aww we just had a boy in July. We named him Bekham🥰
Congrats! A beautiful name 🥰
henry is actually my name for a boy if thats what im blessed with! its been mine and my man’s favourite boy name for years🥰 i get to find out in october !!! eek
So excited for you!!
I know so many grown men named Finn! It's a pretty common name in the UK :)
Hello I expected baby boy I'm right now on 28 week.I have already then name and will be David.☺️
I've always liked the name Ellis but I unfortunately automatically associate the name with American Psycho since the author's last name is Ellis
I have a Hayes! Always get lot's of compliments on his name :) Now we are expecting #2 and have no idea what to do if baby is a boy. I need name suggestions for baby brother to go with big brother Hayes.
We have the same problem now! We have a 4 year old Hayes and I'm expecting another baby boy in December... any suggestions?. 😊😊😊
Wilfred, Isaac, William, Louis
Im 18 weeks pregnant with baby boy 💙and i always wanted to name my baby boy Noah so i guess Noah will be 💗

Ellis is lovely but ..obvious reasons not to use it. Also my son is named Finn and I can't see any problem with it serving him well into old qge.

26 weeks of pregnacy and my baby boy will be named elias ❤
Excellent choice 😍 getting so close!
Haha I definitely think we have similar taste in boy names.
👀👀👀
I just had a baby boy in june named Henry:)
Aw yay! Love the name Henry so much!
I love Zebulon. With nickname of Zeb.
For your taste,
Micah
George
Reese
Bowen
Jack
Levi or Elias 🙂
Don't like Beckham. Reminds me of David Beckham
Hahah yeah I think that's where it originated! Super popular now!
my last name is hastings :'}
I think you’re naming your babe George!
Such a sweet name, but not this baby! 👀
Micah!
Maverick or Houston 🙂
I've never actually heard of the name Houston before, that's a cool one!
