ive never used rocket launcher or slingshot so mostly just watching for a bit but might try out rocket considering the fact it works like that does baller upgrade the rocket launcher btw?
Baller adds 1 damage on the Ball slot weapon, being either the ball or Rocket Launcher. So yes, it does improve the damage, but you need an additional 1 to make the AoE deal 2.
Mine does 3 (by default due to setup) damage due to 2 factors, the damage of the BALL (So 2 due to Hyperball) and the Baller card, it also is affected by the damage of pre-emptively striking or from having your attack charged up. Hope that helps

How do you do so much damage with the launcher? Mine only does one dmg
I think u have a card equipped that makes u do 1 damage less
