LOAY Versus LOBOC RIVER Cruise and Floating Restaurant Bohol Philippines

- Update: on April 1, 2019 Loboc increased their price to PhP650 per head.
There are 2 different operators for the river cruise and floating restaurants in Bohol Philippines. First one is located in Loay, the Rio Verde Floating Restaurant and the second one is in Loboc. Both are cruising in the same river which flows from the town of Loboc going to Loay. This video is showing a comparison between the 2 providers.
Funny, when my wife came to bed last night she mentioned that when we visit the Bohol area her sister had heard there is a floating restaurant and she's hoping we can explore that. I said "hey, .. Gresa just did a video on it" so I showed her this. It's great that you share so much information with your videos. Thanks very much!!

I am an American currently living in the US. However, I lived in the Philippines from 2012-2016. And visit every year. My wife and her family is from Biliran Island. The last time we visited Bohol, we enjoyed the Loboc River Cruise. At the time, I wasn't aware of this cruise. So next time we visit Bohol, we will do this cruise and not Loboc. This looks so much more fun. Thanks for sharing this. I am a new subscriber.

Haven't heard sa Maribojoc Paps but there is in Cortes but not floating restaurant, the dinner is after sa firelfly watching/Abatan river cruise.

550 is for food and the river cruise additional 50 pesos per head (government tax/environmental fee upon entrance)

Hi Rachelle, wala pa ra ba na nga option kay mao baya na ang concept sa ila business, floating "restaurant". Nag increase pud ra ba ang Loboc pag April 1, P650 per head na ila rate :( Pero hinuon mas nice man para nako ang sa Loay.

Hi Natasha, I'm sorry I can't verify that. Just try to find the bohol tourism FB page I guess or this floating operator's page, so you can have a reliable answer. I don't recall anyone bringing pets on the times I was there so I can't really say. Thanks for watching :)
