We haven't practiced the backflip on a trampoline before doing it on the water, but if you have access to a trampoline, it will help for sure! So not necessary, but helpful 100%

Tony just a choice! We just don't ever want it coming back at you if you loose your board mid rotation!

I used to wakeboard, and it took me two years to get a back flip. Then this gymnastic kid came along and did it in three months! Grrrrr 😂
