  • I recorded for 2.5 days of an Electrical Power Panel Build at MTS Tavler "A modern and innovative board builder in Trøndelag, Norway" with my Apple iPhone. I was visiting Norway back in May of 2019. I spent a few days recording Sondre, who at the time was a Panel Builder Apprentice and as of now is a Team Leader.

    Love the build video. You should definitely talk us through more of the build. Also ask the plant to hire a person to clean and organize all the parts. Watching you dig through parts that are uniform for parts that shouldn’t be placed in that area is crazy. around 15:30 the layout was better planned. Everything should be laid out like that. Also for efficiency purposes. I would ask that the plant have personnel that will send you build cubbies. Like a conveyor system that has all parts ready for you based on your design so you don’t have to leave your station grinding and gathering. Just saying

      Great ideas, I just quit my job after 13 years. To take on a new roll as an Automation Control panel supervisor on a panel production team. I start Monday. AND I'm looking for ideas so I can implement over time to help run the department more efficiently. These are great suggestions. Keep them coming 😊

    Get a busbar cnc machine from china. we have 2 of those. you can cut, bend and punch simultaneously. Company name is Jinan Jing Ping cnc machinery. they are very reliable.
