I got diluc from the xiao banner and keqing from the standard banner I also don't think im gonna wish on the hu tao banner UWAAAAH I wanna play with a gachatuber that actually plays genshin impact so bad!!!
Kinda depends weather on the element because both are basically a full DPS character, and also depends on what kinda weapon you have from the staff of homa or jade winged sphere (if you have it then I don't have either of those proleram) besides xiao on ascension gets his critical rate up while hu Tao gets her critical dmg up. The difference between both are hutao regenerates health while xiao doesn't. 2. Hu Tao's atk is based on her max HP, so the higher the hp the more the atk, so you will have to dedicate one artifct to hp%. That being said her Atk that increases like that cannot exceed more than 400% of her base atk. At the same time Xiao's atk in the yaksha mask mode increase at a constant rate and you won't have to use any artifact slot for hp you can rather use it for atk% or critical DMG. In the end it all comes to your preference.
