Iphone security lockout , explanation and how to fix it

If you have a Iphone running ios 16 or newer you might encounter this message
Basically its the same as Iphone is disabled/unavailable , from here you need to wipe the device :(

start the download as normal
but disconnect the phone.
the download will finish
then connect up the phone once more and repeat the install
