Yeah the original was way better IMO even the technology and graphics weren’t up to par as of today but yeah even tho the games are more advanced I feel like the creators are just lazy now and the remakes feel half assed.

I'm still hopeful for Capcom to do a reprise, perhaps even this would be a means to start the series over anew. I think they are starting to pull their act together with the release of Resident Evil 7, and with the remake just around the corner. I have faith that they truly want to devote their effort into making it what it was again.
