Can you do a video on smoother body movement? I’m stiff and rigid. Looks twitchy when I do stuff. Not smooth
Not bad! I used to use my spare tire off my truck .Keep one hand on tire and do same thing ....cones are way better

I got this position while leaning on my stair's wall when i was running i know it sounds strange but i got this leaning position as got fast but i wanted real drills to do it on the game i. thougth you could do this positon without leaning on a defender lol
Easy way to do this no partner do it on the wall
