Nice pickin on Glory Land, Larry. So cool to hear Teresa grateful for her singing times at home, but especially singing songs of faith about the Savior.
Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams are my favorites.I was quite pleased to find this recording of them in a live show. I am convinced that Larry and Teresa are one of the *best* duos performing today. Larry's guitar, mandolin, and fiddle work are demonstrably the result of a lifetime of virtuosity. And Teresa's vocals are at the same time sublime and grandiose. Going to a live show with these two musicians is my bucket list. But, what I like best anytime I see recordings of Larry and Teresa perform is the energy brought to the stage. I know of NO ONE who shows that they are having such a GRAND time being on the stage and bringing their gift of music to the lucky ones who are in the audience or who get the opportunity to watch the recording at a later date. Larry's smile is contagious! Rock on.
WOW. I have fingerpicked all my life and never saw Larry before. GREAT player. This is playing... and this is Deep Ellum like it is supposed to sound. Not like that "other band".. Came here by way of him and Theresa playing with Levon Helm. Peace..
My complaint was about the poor audio of this performance. I spend most of my time watching and listening to such media and most have decent audio. This one didn't and I wondered why. Ass kissers went berserk. Strange.
More than OK Keith ... it's a superlative version! The melodic variety that Larry manages to put in his solo on a kind of "standard blues" is mesmerizing! (Solo at 55:06)
Most profitable and successful bands mount the stage ready to perform. The next thing they do is make sure their damn TH-cam videos are up to snuff with the audio. This is so irritating. In fact, having just met them I'm going to say goodbye to Larry and Teresa. I despise sloppy work.
Maybe you show some support and buy the DVD or CD, I'm listening on a mediocre sound bar and it sounds pretty darn good. So you met them in person, and bitch about the video? I doubt you met them in person, if you did you would not be acting like an imbecile.

@Dee Bee
Your skill at blowing smoke is phenomenal.
I don't think that you mean grandiose.
Great song to end the night with. Man, Teresa knocked it outa de park!!! Man, Larry, you better take good care of that one. You struck gold.
Larry & Teresa are a good example of how real artistry is often not fairly compensated. Larry's musical instincts are as good as anyone.
Excellent.
Best "Big River" ever!
Very nicely done.....
outstanding version of
keep your lamps trimmed and burning: what to say......chapeau!

Real people, real music.

He's healing. Along with so many other fans, I thank you for your prayers.

The Christian Empire is the Antichrist, collectively, one big phony make-believer menagerie.
@@IdealDanl
You better think twice on that statement, you just said.
Fred Durbin
@@freddurbin9106 I'm confused. He's not healing? Or fans are not thankful for people praying for him?
