Very good points. Remembering to keep awareness in your body when you begin to detach and live in the mental hampster wheel, has been very important for me. Staying in this dimension with the situation at hand is always the best starting place, and the best way to come back to center. Appreciate you, Alex. Cheers

Thank you so much, I really appreciate how you explained this with such a practical outlook, and with simple language. It makes it easier to remember when 'intensely triggered'. Unfortunate you had to experience this 😕 makes for an excellect teacher! And thank you for your honesty, it make it so relatable xxx 💕

Thank you Alex, I recently experienced like a -"anxiety comeback"- I was at work ( at an airport) and I was really busy w/people demanding this and that, and bum... I started again to feel panic, dizzy, fear , lack of control, blurred vision, cold hands etc. It eventually passed , but I took a pill. That was 4 days ago, and today I was still thinking about it... and my mind got wild, I went to my past when I was a child, a teen, 5- 10 years ago, remembering those sensations etc. I really dont know what to do anymore, I spent 10 years ( and counting) on medication, therapies etc and I got better but I dont feel 100% healed. I consider my'self to be a "functional depressed" person.
On the other hand, i am aware, the self identification is dying so , it makes sense... but I still fear when those symtoms arrive and most of the time, if I attend them , I end up feeling uncapable to move on, and the cycle starts again w/ guilt and depression.
I really want to heal, I am exhausted. What am I missing or doing wrong? Specially in those surroundings where I cant stop literally and I have to be fully productive. Sometimes I perceive my'self like a little robot lol.
Thank you Alex. Much love and gratitude❤

Adam do any of your videos touch on stretching, exercising or yoga in your journey? I’ve had much more success using my free time to meditate so I feel somewhat guilty like I am not getting enough exercise

Yes I've mentioned it but not gone into massive detail as it's not my top speciality. However it is a vital part of embodiment, as is posture correction (both body and oral). As for not doing it at the moment, just go intense for 5-10 minutes a day to start. That will give you 80% of the benefit rather than getting 0% from nothing or trying to set some lofty goal.

@ so if I have 1.5 hours to work on myself, do 1 hour Meditstion and then do some intense posture exercises like planks and maybe 10-15 minutes of running. Something like that?

I've been slowly awakening and dropping self. I'm in America and this past week with so many changes happening this week from the change in our President and his administration has completely triggered me. There is a struggle here to live free and awakened in the absolute and recognizing that the majority is truly suffering in the relative world. There is a commitment to supporting the well being of all sentient beings. To live from empathy, compassion and being of benefit. How does one do this? Isn't seeing injustices another belief in duality?
If we are all awareness and oneness and we have no free will as no self then if I am experiencing injustices Isn't this just another label and belief?
    Thanks ❤

I have never personally said "we have no free will". You can search my video on free will for full explanation.
Empathy, compassion, and being of benefit are spontaneous expressions of consciousness. You can engage with the relative world, whilst seeing its ultimately impersonal nature. For example: You can put an attacker in prison because "They deserve it, evil scum", or you can put them in prison because "We need to protect other people from them". One is emotionally fuelled and purely personal, the other is objective and practical. Seeing injustice isn't necessarily "dual", it can be from recognition of non-separateness, just like you wouldn't purposefully harm what is recognised to be non-separate from you. ❤️

Thank you for this message. My take is perhaps,, whenever we see/ witness anything other than God/Source / IAM , appearing,, we are still experiencing Duality,in belief,,,therefore there is more inner work to be done in dissolving the illusory beliefs in a sense of separate self. Thank you and remain Blessed
