That trailer is amazing.Another miracle machine is the one that puts vaults in new graves in crowded cemetaries.Mostly frame work with 4 powered wheels that steer independently it can work through a tangled maze of foot paths while carrying 1000 pound vaults high enough to go over average heigth tombstones.
That’s a really nice trailer. The way you can manipulated side to side and the back moves as well That’s awesome. Makes a job. Easier specially when you’re by yourself.
I was in this business for about 10 years. NOT EASY. The trailer we had was $40,000, the truck was another $50,000...the people you had to deal with, the places they wanted them... It was absolutely crazy. One thing I can say though, at we NEVER did rent-to-own the first 8 years we had the business. We tried it for a year. Out of the 12 people that applied for the RTO, two of them stuck us, and we had to go repo their building. All we were left with was beat up building we had to re-sell at a huge loss, and their garbage stuffed inside we had to pay to get rid of. Luckily, my partner (much older than me) retired, and just gave me his half of the ownership, and I was able to sell the business/equipment at a little profit.
The floor of the shed looked damaged by all the grease, oil and heavy auto parts etc. What happens if the customer damages the shed? That building was absolutely filled. The camera angle showed just what was outside, against the shed. What a huge job, just to move the metal, wood, heavy equipment away from the shed to load it onto the truck.
How do you keep your cool in these situations? I always wonder what people are thinking when they choose to stop making payments. Especially when they have it packed with stuff. The work involved for everyone when it comes to cleaning the shed out would take hours.
Im a hot shot driver, i only deliver hay to rescue farms in Michigan. I have a cdl but use my one ton ford dually for delivery of hay. You fellas are way under paid!! Your rig is top shelf!!! Great job! Stay safe bud!! How many extra leaf springs in the rear of your truck? Just wondering?

Well looking at. The ground all the time, not showing how the load stayed up, what condition was the personal belongings after it was unloaded and glad the owner didn’t show while you were there.

i've only lately stumbled across your channel, and have subcribed.......why did you take all the guys stuff, or is that just the normal thing to do, if he owes you money for the unit? it would be cool to get some backstory from these videos explaining what is taking place , and why.......i don't know, what do you think? not trying to tell you what to do, but of the few vids i've watched at the end i'm left thinking WTF?
So they sign a contract with the rental company, basically in short, if they breech the contract by not making payments, we have the right to retrieve our property (the building) and we’re not responsible for anything they left inside. In some cases, if the customer is there and I have enough time,I’ll help get stuff out. But in this case it would have taken me all day to empty it. Plus nobody came to the door when we knocked. So I took it and everything in it. I’m going to try and do better in explaining each individual situation better! I appreciate the question and the feedback back 👍
How about doing something with your camera...didnt show much at all and was lost as to what you were doing...gotta get the camera that shows more,please.

I don't understand why Cardinal does not make lots of stuff for that mule, it could do much more than move sheds
I say tip it with the side of the door. Dump in driveway no way you should have to do it. People have a shed with more junk outside of it.

I found that using air bags is the best. I’ve added leafs before but then the truck rides horrible if you don’t have any weight behind it.
