About:
Jason and Lorraine. In 2016 we sold most of our belongings and left the city in southern California to start a small homestead in the mountains of North Carolina. Great video, thanks a bunch. We have almost everything finished in our skoolie and will now be installing flooring. Excited to have the flooring finished, not excited to work around everything as you mentioned... haha

Are there any other videos for this particular conversion? I was interested in seeing how you closed off the voids, or covered up, where there was school bus window, but is now wall. Especially on the outside.

I bet it makes a stronger floor. the cabinets would stable the rest of the floor.

Hey I love what you’re doing here. We are deciding what type of flooring to use and I heard laminate can pucker and bubble in heat and humidity. Have you had problems with that?
So i have heard to do the floor at the ending. B/c the floor will expand? What do you think about the floor expanding and bulking??
I have done it this way before and haven't had an issue. thanks!
This type of flooring is an easy install but will give you issues down the road. LVT is the only one that doesn’t and requires an adhesive glue. Tile flooring is also a good option however it is a heavy addition.

Hello Jason and community I have a question that I would like help with im looking at purchasing my first bus it would hopefully be a 94 TMC transit bus I have no idea how to get insurance on it! I have called our regular insurance and they looked around including an independent but with no luck. How can I go about this? Especially if you need insurance to re title a vehicle? For geological purposes I live in KS

I loved the video and I'm one of your subs already Jason❗️ Maybe your the one I can ask and get a solid answer from. My wife is wanting to get rid of our carpet in the whole house and replace it with carpet. But I was thinking of doing some flooring like what you put in the bus in a couple rooms. I would highly recomend doing this flooring. I installed this flooring in our whole house. Much better than carpet in my opinion. Also, it's very simple to install. thanks!

No offense but "next level of custom" isn't a very good reason to put expensive af RV windows in a bus. Give us more reasons if you're gonna sell us on it. Lol. Anyway, it a beautiful build, great work.
