The Black Plague (AKA TKBreezy and EE) are phenomenal commentators. They have excellent synergy and amazing flexibility in their style of commentary, fluidly switching from serious and analytical to lighthearted and funny, and back again. Their commentary is the stuff of legends.
Mad respect for Hiori. I didn't even enter the tournament, but if I did, knowing that Elegant was gonna destroy me, I'd at least try to have this much fun.
i have a hard time doing that one combo. After the patch its even harder. I can get away with the forward air to nutral air to up tilts or up smash. or jump up air depending on the weight.
@@exettgl it's not 100% reliable, only works at low percents, you can DI out of it, and it got nerfed in patch 2.0.0. i agree it's a bit too strong, but mad combos are just a part of Luigi's character, like his floatiness and up-b
Why Luigi? He cant zone you out the entire match, he doesnt have any insane projectiles. Luigi is pure skill. 0 to death combos are hard to pull off. Not to mention you can punish him off stage since he has few options to get back to the stage.
clickrisk neutral, forward, and down air, grab combos don’t have to kill you to be good, and even though he has a weakness off-stage, he can edgeguard quite well himself.
@@chrisc4208 his grab takes years to come out, and if he misses its a gigantic punish window. Also I havent seen a luigi use neutral air outside of a combo. t. main luigi

@@slipstreaml Lol I come from melee where zero to deaths combo are common and actually take skill. I guess I jumped the gun too quickly, elegant may be good, but this video definitely shows nothing about his skills and I don't see him getting notable results in ultimate. smash 4 is smash 4.
@@ynsmdd8678 Dude, he's already gotten 3rd at SoCal, 1st in Mega Smash Mondays 147, and 5 in one of their most recent. He's already doing well for himself, combos or not. (Bit of a fanboy) You should watch more of his games. He actually just lost sadly in the Grand Finals at WNF. The man knows what he's doing, and doesn't have to rely on 0-death combos to win.
