Not doing a great job though
That's pretty sad. Charles said so many nice things, to Joe "thank you Joe, you said that I deserved the chance many times, thank you!" , to Dana "believe in me, I'm here and I put up a show, believe in me" , to his daughter "you asked for the belt, daddy is bringing it home". "I'm a poor kid from a favela and now I'm here", one of the most iconic quotes of the day, English speakers simply couldn't understand, not only what he said... his happiness, guys. I can't relate or say that o really know how harsh it is to grow up in a such hostile, unproductive, poor environment, I didn't, but I'm literally brazillian and know how deep the favela problem is. It is a one in a million chance for someone with his background to get so far in anything actually. He was so happy, and always attaining to his faith in Jesus Christ, said it many times. Overall he talked with much more passion, detail and in a much more charismatic way. The guy may speak Portuguese, but definitely are not a translator. He (Charles) definitely needs to improve his English, BUT, to have a level of proficiency like me (I like to think that I'm pretty good at English) takes so much time. UFC must have a fixed personnel of professional translators.
