I recently learned that I am of Welsh descent. I am diving into learning my heritage and found Bronwen Lewis and this song. I barely know any Welsh...just started learning, and this is the most beautiful song I have ever heard. By the end of this year, I will know the words and I will sing this song. A lot of comments saying I dont understand Welsh, neither do I but her voice seems to connect on a deeper level, I know I have Irish and Scottish and dare I say it English ancestry from down the south of England and this resonates with me. I kinda feel it without understanding the words in a really powerful way. She has an amazing voice and bad luck for those who dont get to hear her or choose not to listen.
