1. Three Stage of Learning
a)Pre-reading→Priming your Mindset
Example- Suspense Movie~ Comedy Trailer
b) Highlighting→After reading a topic, highlights powerful important stuff.
Example: King ~ Injured Lion ~ Castle
c)Take Notes like you are explaining yourself by using highlighted key points.
2. STIC Method
a)Spacing like Pomodoro Techniques
Ex- Study 1 thing~ 5-10min Break
b) Testing: Give lots of written test.
c)Inter-leaving: Learn multiple things.
Ex- 15 Yorker, Spin, Fast, Slow Ball
d) Categorising: Understand in Patterns.
Ex- Desk and Studio.

*After reading* - make note after reading short things like section of a paragraph and write like you are explaining yourself
STIC
SPACING - read and take gap read and take gap
TESTING- read 1-2 page and close eyes and try to recap or write summary in paper
INTERLEAVING- try to remember multiple things instead of 1 line or point
Try to learn a full section like topic about particular one thing
( learn group of things)
CATEGORISING - try to learn things by dividing into category
In stead of randomly reading

1. 3 Stage learning formula
a. prereading-priming your mindset, getting excited about the subject
b. Highlighting-Read the whole thing and then highlight only important stuff
c. Take notes (all important points) Revaluate notes and discard unimportant stuff
2. STIC Method (Spacing, Testing, Interleaving, Categorizing)
a. Spacing (Forgetting curve)
b. Testing (Give lots of tests)
