I still can’t figure out how Matt plays. Sort of like a guitar player? I love the lick he plays in the chorus. So unique for the bass to stand out like this. He is very solid. This brought me back to memory lane. Rancid baby!!

Do you miss that era of Rancid, the Mickey’s grenades and cigarettes and just jamming to all hours of the night? How was your kids performance? Haven’t heard him drumming lately. Again, do you surmise there’s ever going to be a chance that Mr. Brett Reed joins you guys for an impromptu song or two? That drumming and bass on that song is like a gut punch to get you moving. Great to see you play a song off the first 7"! This thought just popped into my head when you sang the "been running my whole life" line during the play through. What's the origin of you developing that gravely voice to sing since it doesn't at all sound like how you talk and very unique.
For all the years that I listened to this record, it wasn't until after an almost twenty year break, that I noticed the similarity in the intro to Reel Ten by The Plugz, from the Repo Man soundtrack! Both killer songs and now I can't un-hear it. Was there any inspiration from that song, in this one?
