I am living more than three years, worked two years and eligible for pension since 2020. I applied for settele status , many times talked to home office explained everything in detail but finally they have not given settle status but again given presettle for further 5 years. Amazing point what lawyers know and home office don't know.

Hi Am Spanish national applied pre setteld status December 2020.go back country then I got decision march 2021.then I come uk march 2021 worked start aprile 2021 to July 2021 .then I go back spain then return January 2022 in proper residence in uk still now My absence time start 6 month to decemberor march 2021 when I granted decision???
