Guys, if you wanna be the best in the world, you need pain. Pain is how we gymnasts ride and die. We get abuse from our coaches. But they know how much to push us. Her bones aren’t breaking, pain is just how we get better. You guys can’t tell me different because I am on the USA national team program and I train at the Olympic training center in Colorado Springs. Trust me, I know better than all of you.
So your saying, you have to force yourself to do something till the point where you have to cry out in pain? This is not how to improve. As someone who has had a near injury to their muscles and recovered from it, trust me I know. I tried doing what they did and stretching till I felt pain, only to hurt myself. I then began to do stretch routines, and taking my time and I have a oversplit, leg hold, stag handstands, and much more. And a Olympian or not, that’s not how you increase your flexibility. After doing some research, I figured out that stretching till pain actually isn’t loosing your muscles but is actually ripping them, i understand with things like strength training and other things like that, that’s nit the same as flexibility. Flexibility takes time, you can’t reach the splits in 2 seconds if you can’t do them, you have to practice but also take it easy and dint force yourself till your crying like they are doing.
This should be done gradually to give the muscles time to stretch. Forcing flexibility does nothing but cause injury. ANYONE can eventually do splits like this with enough diligence and stretching over time. But it should be little by little and with proper form. This girl will quickly end up injured with all types of sprains, strains, and torn ligaments. Sad.
This is so ridiculous. This lady is literally sitting on this girl, forcing her legs to go farther than they can and is making her sit there and suffer, and on top of that she’s literally choking her. There’s no reason to hold her neck like that or do any of that this is so wrong I can’t believe how disgusting this is to watch and the fact that they’re not even patient to wait for them to stretch to get their splits not force it on them. This is ridiculous.
this itself is painful as i've been through it....but i also can't ignore the pain she's going to dace the next day as soon as she wake up😩 i don't know about ya'll but the pain is worse for me the next monring everytime💔
I am a rhythmic gimnast and you can't push her like that She will injure multiple muscles and that wil cause that she won't be able to do gymnastics for much longer the can push them selves with own body weight by just sitting in a over split 😡
Stop because she just she just a kid and they should not be treating kids like that in school that's hurting they're both they're going to crack their bones it should be not they should be sued 😭😭😡😡 like that little girl sound like a little kid that's so heartbreaking
This is nothing to be proud about. What that woman is doing is tearing her ligament and ripping her hamstrings. Pain should not be a part of training, instead of forcing her to the ground, she should guide her through a stretching routine to increase her flexibility. I tried to force myslef to the ground trying to get my splits only to almost hurt myself. I then found a stretch routine on TH-cam and it took me months but I got my splits and over split a few months later. The splits may take months but it’s worth protecting your body.

WTF STOP
this itself is painful as i've been through it....but i also can't ignore the pain she's going to dace the next day as soon as she wake up😩
i don't know about ya'll but the pain is worse for me the next monring everytime💔
I am a rhythmic gimnast and you can't push her like that
She will injure multiple muscles and that wil cause that she won't be able to do gymnastics for much longer the can push them selves with own body weight by just sitting in a over split 😡
That's how they do in those countries. 🤷♀️
Stop because she just she just a kid and they should not be treating kids like that in school that's hurting they're both they're going to crack their bones it should be not they should be sued 😭😭😡😡 like that little girl sound like a little kid that's so heartbreaking
This doesn’t just happen in China or just in rhythmic gymnastics
This is so wrong on so many ways. What parent would subject their little girl to this cruelty
Just let the poor kids stretch them self like wow😢😮
China looks sooo painful 🥵while my Malaysia team 😙
You can clearly tell her front door was inward, if your splits aren’t square, it can cause serious injuries. Absolutely disgusting .
Pain is all apart of training! so proud of her
Yeah it is, but it has its limits, and that is not the way to do it.
@@LovelyEmely still proud of her if she survived that and unwinded correctly after it
This is nothing to be proud about.
@@Checkthedescriptionbelow all rhythmic gymnasts do this, well you got a point though + the coach isnt even doing anything about the girl not turning out her leg, this video isnt even that intense for a gymnast
There is no way someone would force me to do that i think if this woman would do that to me she would be hurt very bad
As a rhythmic gymnast, this will hurt but you will get used to the pain
And I'm just saying but her legs are turned
It's worst in Russia
Yeah, I've heard.
all this crap that is called "gymnastics" is wrong... it's not gymnastics it's child abuse... it should be reported immediately 🥺🥺🤬🤬🤬
As I do gymnastics this is wrong because this kid and others might not walk that good because their leg is weak and because of the things they were doing you should be doing gymnastics like stretching and doing it one by one like not forcing you’re body to do that stuff so please stop this abuse to children’s.
Wtf am i watching wtf man! 😣
She's crying instead of holding her letter just go down if if she can't do it just let her try again you don't have to pusher I'm a gymnast and I know what's right my coach would never do that to me
this is assault
If your a trainer dont force a non flexible kid to do dangerous things
Menudo abusoooo
No debieron tratar a la niña asi .
Dais verguenza osea pueden denunciar por MALTRATO esto va por la niña cambiante te hacen dañooo😭
STOP! Im rhytmic gymnast and that is torturing. 1. her legs is in the inner circle 2. that is dangerous for a little girl an everyone! 3. you can’t record when a little girl cries!😭
This is going to do notbing but cause pain and injury and potentially life long injuries. Practice and stretching can enable better movement and flexibility. This way there doing it is also just cruel.
Not only in china in almost every place to
The poor thing
I know why they dos that but that’s not helping them believe them self when you are pushing them 🥺❤️
teach them correctly not painfully her foot was completely sickled as a coach you should encourage them to get there over splits not force them if you want them to get the over split maybe teach them to turn out their legs before you sit on them and crush them if you want to continue to grow as a business don’t you want your customers happy not scared of what crazy thing is going to injure them next week now I am not trying to be rude to that little girl she is incredibly flexible and I’m sure an amazing gymnast I am just trying to get my point across
She doesnt an oscar she need child hood
In Egypt 🇪🇬 we do this
That's stupid you shouldn't cause people pain just for training
