While Wilson basket ball makers, and Panini rookie cards etc have hit Clark items out of the park. You have to concede there is a hell of a lot of difference between Player Cards / Basketballs And a pair of Shoe's. No point rushing it to market if it looks crap and is an uncomfortable fit. They knew enough to sign her to the original contract. Then they went silent while she was breaking records as a rookie in the WNBA. If I was a Nike Board member,heads would have to roll, especially after all of her Wilson merch sold out so quickly. Her Wilson basketballs continue to sell out immediately upon release. Nike has lost millions while they focus elsewhere.

However, Nike is a WOKE company and as such they would be concerned about offending the WNBA and the bulk of the players who are also WOKE by producing her shoe ahead of A'ja Wilson. I suspect this is the case. If so, they are losing many millions of $$$$ with their decision. however, if Nike gets CC's shoe to market this year sometime it is a sure thing to sell out just like her other merchandise.
