THIS is how you demo a guitar. I’ve been trying to find good footage of someone playing this pup configuration and this is best demo by far. Thank you, sir! 🙏🏽
Ryan gets the job done, what a player! Sounds great through my cranked monitors :D
I've been wanting to make a guitar with this exact same set up for a while. I think it gives you the widest selection of tones without even getting into any crazy electronic/hardware mods.
I love your playing into that deluxe reverb. Awesome playing & tone. Blues On....
Beautiful Tele with great sound!
this guitar sounds amazing
What lovely clean tones
I like that. Would probably lighten the relicing for my personal one.
Beautiful playing!
Great sounding guitar! Really great playin Ryan!
Great playing & sounding guitar, seems very versatile.
Boy. (GoW thing there) there are a lot of tones to be had from this config. I love the Custom Shops you've been doing.
Go the relics beautiful looking guitar
Sounds really good.
Great sound from vintage tele.
Great tones and fantastic playing!! Not a fan of relic’d guitars, but I guess you don’t have to sweat them getting knocked around. 😉🤙🏻🎸
That sounds superb!
Man that Tele is sweet!!!! Ryan’s chops are superb!!!!!! Thanks Shane for the demo!!!!🎸🎸🎸🎸🤘🏽🤙🏾🤘🏽
0:45 that's a different tele, right?
Thanks guys for doing this demo... very synchronistic, that guitar sounds fantastic. Sky Music ? thankyou. cheers
Lovely guitar and great musuicianship but I still don’t get the relic thing. 🤔
Steve Mandrackie me tooo!!
What is the relic thing exactly????
Hey frans - They mark up and distress a brand new guitar to make it look old. Road worn is the term. Supposed to imply a certain mo-joe cause the instrument has been around and has a history. For myself, if I buy something new I'd like it to look the part. Of course, this is a matter of preference. Many of us have a different take on that one.
Same here. Love the pickup configuration though
Sounds great ,but TOO damaged a new guitar for me!
Life dilemma: Strat or Nashville Tele?
When you play a Nashville are you digging the strat tones or tele tones? There’s your answer. Although there are some really interesting variations of both if you want something different.
A Telecaster will do a strat but a strat will not do a Telecaster.
I wish I could play chords like that. Alas, my pinky is non-functional.
Fender Custom Shop Special Highway 66 '66 Extra Custom Pomona Telecaster Special Jimi Hendrix Relic. Gimme a break! It's a new Tele that sounds pretty good, but some idiot has thrown it down a flight of stairs and taken a chisel to it to make like he's been playing it for fifty years. How superficial we all are!
