It still amazes me that these bikes are still hiding out there in 2018! It takes love and dedication to restore these old bikes. I've done a few bikes from the 80s and 90s but nothing like how he does them!
I had an uncle that lived in a colonial farm house in upper NY. He was a foreman for American La France. By day he built the best service vehicles in the world but by night he rebuilt Model As and Ts, restored them to new condition, even discussed paint formulas with the Fords. His passion was just as yours, man has built such wonderful machines, why throw them away. As someone else has already said, thank you for keeping alive man's creations and I too pray for your continued success.

WoW I used have an XR75 when I was a kid, I would love to have that RM65 more though, I used to have a DS80 that I terrorized the neighborhood riding, it was a great bike !!! 👍👍👍

If you were in Southern NJ, I would volunteer my time to help bring these amazing bikes back from the dead. I am a 50yr old disabled small engine mechanic who also did motorcycle/ATV repairs in my shop. These were the kind of motorcycles that I used to find growing up, having had over 500 of them by the time I closed my shop in 07 & not thinking they were worth much I scrapped a lot sold a few for not much $ and only kept a few that I've had since I was a kid. A 77 Kawasaki KD125 which I built up using 74 KX125 motor parts ( KDX 125 now lol ), A 79 XR250 I got from a customer when I was 15 & a 72 TS125 Duster which is good for parts at this point. The XR250 has a fresh rebuilt motor I did in 98 is now going to be street legal in a XL frame with a ton of rare race parts installed.
If you're coming try to make it on an event weekend they're a lot of fun we have 6 3 day events Plan for 2019 give us a call let us know your coming will roll out the red carpet

When a bike goes to a shop for repair, if it not an easy repair, it gets moved aside and gathers dust. It's best to get a repair manual and get busy yourself.
