I asked my 9 yr old about a tough doctrine. She said I don't understand it but I Believe it. What a Catholic.
I’m in a traditional parish is Australia, and I agree with what you say. Those who stay with the Faith are from large families who practice the Faith at home, however within those families, the younger members are less likely to stay with the Faith. I didn’t convert until I was over 30, and I found it incredibly hard at first to completely accept everything the Faith teaches. We moved to be closer to a traditional school and Church. Soon after I booked a camping trip, and without even thinking about it I booked a camping holiday including a Sunday. In my ignorance I thought ‘being away’ excused us from attending Mass. I’m now 56 yrs old, and the only one in our family still practicing the Faith, praying the rosary daily, and receiving a visit from a priest once a month ( I’m disabled). I know now, and am increasing by the grace of God, to realize how much I still have to learn. It’s no longer a shock, a chore, it’s joyous. I’m now spending more time in mental contemplation, and God has been amazing in his forgiveness and mercy. Our Lady with her comforting gentle nudging. Thoughts from my guardian angel and the Holy Spirit to inspire me to do, or not do, a particular action. Glory be to God, and thank you Father for this sermon.

tony sabell They closed the cathedral near me and the other one has no icons, no stained glass windows, the music is terrible, and couple that with a changed liturgy and it’s nearly unrecognizable to me. People have since moved to Protestant churches because it seems they’d been pushed there, looking for what’s left.

These sermons by this priest just popped back up for me. This is my favorite priest to listen to but haven’t heard a new homily for years. I PRAY he’s still out there courageously preaching and giving himself to bringing souls to Christ.

In my parish church we are told to leave straight after holy Mass - by the priest! I rely on this channel for authentic teaching, and for the sake of safety, I have stopped reading modern spiritual books because they are nearly all heretical. Now I only read books by the Saints of old, the Doctors and Fathers of the Church.
The longer I walked with God. I became aware it was less about my feeling and more about faith. The more I searched for the "feeling" the father it was from me. when I made a commitment to walk by faith by way of the cross my flesh died for feels and a new way was opened to me through reading the bible and trust of him. I have his sprirt and truth I know I will have heaven one day if I continue, and all the father has promised us. God bless us all on our journeys we were all in darkness till the light broke though deception,illusions, delusions,lies,hated are what we must over come by the cross, his blood,his word, the fullness of the Eucharist. He will just Trust him. Love and Pease of our Lord Jesus Christ.

It spoke directly to my heart. Ringing so very true to my own story. I pray that this woman can find the Grace of conversion I was blessed with when Our Lord put me and my husband in His Eucharist presence and showed us that He alone is the One True God.

This was posted 8 yrs ago but let me tell you how much more aggressive this movement has indeed become since then. Think about how aggressive they've become with our children with respect to the child sacrifice, mutilation (trans movement), in California you don't need parental consent either. So don't be surprised when a 10.0 Earthquake causes California to crumble and fall into the Pacific. There is such a thing as chastisement. This was a great sermon. It's wild to listen to old sermons and see how much more relevant the things warned about have become in current times. Prophecy indeed.

When Jesus said "beware of wolves in sheeps clothings", I humbly believe it's not only for the laity to observe but also for the priests whatever their station of office may be.
If Jesus showed us in the Bible that he called the Pharises "brood of vipers" and they were the religious authority then, would it be imprudent of me to ask where does a priest trust and loyalty resides? Superiors who commands them to keep quiet and basically not feed the flock? Or to Jesus who gave them examples to follow when things get rough? I'm confused and bewildered about that. What about the many souls to save in Christ's vineyard?

+DeirdreEmm It is the real thing because it still is the Holy sacrifice of the Mass but it has been stripped of some of the bride's jewels. Do not avoid Mass because it is not in Latin. The Holy Spirit is still changing bread and wine and the Holy scripture is still being heard: Old Testament, Psalms, New Testament and Gospel. When the bread and wine tram substantiate into the body, blood, soul and divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in any language, it is the place to be and receive bountiful graces. God wants us all there.
Susan McGuinness You seem very knowledgable about this stuff, and I'm so glad to hear that. It worries me though, when he said some of the priests haven't even been properly given the sacrament of Holy Orders and are therefore not even priests. I can't believe God would punish a man who thoroughly believed he was a priest, who worked hard all his life to do His work.

Dear Father. I have only managed to go halfway through this talk outlining the world's tragic state. And I myself have researched Catholic prophecy revealing that our present age has only several years left. But, while I accept what you have said, I wish to remind you that you are not preaching the Gospel. This talk could say far less about the state of the world and far more about the hope God offers. Remember the beatitudes, when Jesus some of the negative world situations, He provided a hope filled message... Blessed are you when you are persecuted for my sake, your reward will be great in heaven. God bless.

Keep praying the Rosary. If you haven't yet, start.
At every consecration of the TLM you attend, place your humble requests before God as that's the highest point of Mass. If your prayers are humble, have confidence in God that He will help you and your son. Take him with you whenever you can to learn of the Catholic faith. Hang out with good priests by offering them lunch or supper when they're in town.. God's enemies are hard at work in luring souls into hell especially those he knows want to do good and be with God. We all have to pray harder now. Saints of old have said that if they could live in the latter times where greater saints will be produced, they would. Greater persecutions = greater Saints! The devil knows that.

in the 9 years since the posting of this audio track, of which it sounds like it is more likely close to 15 or more years since this speech, the millennial, Zoomer, and Alpha generations aren't completely lost. as it would seem, and I have no clear data to show statistical significance the millennials are coming back to the Catholic faith. it seems as if, when a generation gets older they come back to the faith of their childhood. and more so the Catholic Church primarily because those coming back to Christianity actually study the history of the faith and ultimately find the Catholic church is the One True faith that Christ instituted. not only that, but, those who've kept the faith throughout their young adult lives are coming home to the Catholic Faith for the same reasons. this is mostly anecdotal but they're should be some kind of statistical analysis as well

The Catholic teaching on contraception is almost universally misunderstood, including by this speaker. The Church teaches that ALL contraception is sinful, whether it is “natural “ or “artificial “. Doesn’t matter. The Church is not against birth control. In fact She says that only the parents have the right to regulate births. The Catholic Church recognizes that there are licit and illicit ways to regulate births. All contraception is illicit. Coitus interruptus is 100% “natural“ and 100% sinful. The Church says there are ways which conform to the natural law which are licit. “Natural Family Planning” is called natural because it conforms to natural law, not because it’s not “artificial “.

Please remember however much embarrassment or disbelief an individual Catholic person may feel about this part of the Catholic priesthood sexualised, and abused human beings sometimes on church property, the response from church people was and continues to be poor, this priest is interesting however as with too many he is speaking as if the church wasn't riddled with sin, self awareness is essential as an adult whatever role a person occupies on this world.

Thought Psalm 95:5 was Psalm 95:5. Figured it out though. Every other bible I've looked at including Catholic bibles his quote is from Psalms 96:5. Not to make a big deal about it but I get really T'd off when people start quoting scripture and its wrong when you go to look it up.
I think Father has to be careful of what he says. Many souls out there were not emotionally attached to their biological fathers. If one didn’t feel that love ,trust and emotional bond with their fathers they cannot connect at all with this message. If it’s NOT shown in the home this message is VERY DISTANT to some. Just saying…..

The new testament books were written by Catholics. The Catholic Church is the Church that Christ built upon Peter. It is the Church mentioned in the Acts of the Apostles and by Paul in his letters. Scripture does not teach that scripture is sufficient for doctrine. Christ's creation of the Church and the apostolic priesthood shows that scripture is not sufficient. You are not a true follower of Christ but a protestant heretic! You left the household of God that Christ built! You should be ashamed of yourself! You are a traitor to Christ! Christ told the apostles, "He who hears you hears me, and he who rejects you rejects me." By rejecting the apostolic Church, you rejected Christ himself!
Toward the end of the sermon he describes a woman who felt she had a strong presence of God, but is now pagan. What is her name? We need to pray for her.

These generations are attracted to sacrifice, and rituals, which is why the enemy wants the TLM to disappear! Although these ancient rituals still live in the Byzantine church, but if Rome declines, we ALL decline.
This novus ordo "service" isn't attractive at all, and is devoid of any supernatural mysteries.

I've listened to this whole video, it basically boils down to an antiquated curmudgeon complaining about all the young whippersnappers and their new fangled beliefs and practices that irritate and challenge his comfortable convention, with a healthy coating of hand-picked verses, vague prophecy and finger-wagging moral indignation to give it the pretense of authority and certainty.

I don't remember the full content of this video, but I think I was more concerned over this Priest's paranoia over Harry Potter more than anything. But I do share your concern over Wicca.
I've noticed the novus ordo masses contain a high degree of irreverence and sacrilege, too. There's no holiness to the novus ordo mass or other protestant masses, it's like attending an ordinary banquet or PTA meeting. The mystical body of Christ is not present there.
