This brings a tear of joy, childhood memories and happiness. I deeply loved and still love this tv series of "Who Dares Wins" which sadly seems only to excist as some people were fortunate to record to VHS. From what I understand, Channel 4 at the time after this aired in early 1980's, they recorded over these wonderful episodes. They would have been GREAT to have gone into DVD and BluRay. Thank You for this one!
Philip Pope ; a very talented musician who has written many songs and theme tunes for TV "You bloody cow" and "The British Song" from WDW are worth finding.
Bonnie Langford had better hair than Tony Robinson then; and she still does, now! Baldrick's sometimes sweet, though: wanting to own the bullet with his name on it; and defining the sea as a big blue wobbly thing that mermaids live in.
Bonnie Langford shares Terence Stamp's birthday; and I'd like to get very far from the madding crowd, indeed: to my regret, I decided to leave a Fbook group devoted to Hollywood of the Golden Age, because I was sick of folk dissing a film-star's axillary hair (thus effectively valuing the lives of my old school-changing-room bullies). The silly fools said, among other things, that it didn't look feminine. Now, the beautiful Bonnie Langford has always struck me as being the epitome of femininity.....yet SHE receives torrents of criticism, too!
Hmmm well, as a female, I've always thought it would be the ultimate compliment to be likened to Bonnie Langford; and the ultimate insult to be accused of f*rting. I was rather gobsmacked when I came across a woman (born the same year as myself) who seemed to think the opposite, in those respects!!! Sadly, my ex-schoolmates were much more inclined to pay me the ultimate insult, than the compliment. But s*d them; none of them were as bonny as Bonnie!

I agree! I must say, though, I wish there'd been a Spitting Image puppet of Bonnie.
It's the singing dustman from only fools and horses

I wonder how many Whovians were upset by this sketch
None of them. Whatever Ms Langfords merits or demerits she was a horrible character.
My ears damn it! Man does she come with ear plugs?

By the way, has the pretty little girl, in this sketch, become a famous actress?
Is that the guy with the speech impediment from Only Fools and Horses who sang with Raquel?
+j or Yes it is
Phil Pope, yes. He mostly does theme tunes nowadays.
He looks younger, not dressed like he's been rolled in shit pigs won't go in.

More like too much the opposite...
