I have an LB7 with about that mileage on it. I've done the injectors on it twice. The only reason I had to do it twice is because the first time I paid someone to do it and all they did was literally replace the injectors causing them to fail shortly thereafter.
Did it the second time myself with the DMax store kit and a lift pump for less than I paid someone to do it. Haven't had any problems since.

the best ever diesel is by far by many miles and many battles and simplicity and it's just so damn reliable is the Mercedes OM113 series of engines. OMG the best ever, i don't care who you are or where your from that is one of he most BOMB proof diesel engines that''s 130hp is just underrated. can tow 4 times it's rated capacity no problem. i've never owned a chevy or cumins diesel, but where I grew up the OM series is still running 24/7, in busses on shitty ass gravel semi asphalted roads up mountains and through all kinds of weather and they are by far the most reliable direct injected NA diesel engines ever. heck they even used them in ww2 in tanks and all other vehicles.
