Junko Enoshima is from the Danganronpa series. She's not an AI, but there IS an AI of her based on her thoughts. Basically, she's obsessed with making people drown in despair.

Ironically, Junko Enoshima is Japanese for "Pure child" or "Innocent child" which is the last thing she is.

Also, Enoshima is a beautiful mountain range in Okinawa that was hit pretty hard by the fallout of the atomic bomb in WWII and the subsequent hurricanes, tsunamis and earthquakes in Japan so pretty fitting as the surname of a young lady obsessed with despair and chaos, I`d say.
Junko Enoshima is the main villain in the Danganronpa series! She's a very twisted person.
Danganronpa 1 starts with the premise that the students of Hope's Peak Academy, a school for people who are "Ultimate" in their field of their expertise. The game starts with all the Ultimates finding themselves trapped in the school, with an animatronic bear that forces them to kill each other. Monokuma provides motives to get the students to kill each other, and then after someone dies, he tells the students to investigate; if they find out who the killer is, the killer will be executed, if the killer isnt found out, they'll escape and everyone else will be executed. Also, theres rules (such as "don't attack Monokuma") where if you break them, you also get executed. A bunch of deaths happen, but at the end of the game, Junko Enoshima is discovered as the mastermind. It's revealed that although the class thought they had just met each other, they've actually been classmates for 2 whole years, and Junko took away their memories. During the game, Junko's twin sister, Mukuro Ikusaba, dressed up as her to throw off suspicion from Junko. Mukuro was told to attack Monokuma after the first death, with the expectation that she'd be thrown into a dungeon and manipulate the game from the shadows. Instead, Junko betrays her and murders her right there in front of everyone. So for most of the game, you think Junko is dead. Her stated motive for doing so is because she loves Mukuro - Junko has a twisted idea of love and an obsession with despair. She loves despair, because she thinks its inevitable, and if its inevitable, why not love it? She wants to share the joys of despair with other people, and cause despair in herself as well. She wanted Mukuro to despair, and herself to despair that Mukuro was dead. She then goes onto reveal that the outside world has been destroyed due to previous actions she took; when she was in Hope's Peak, she recruited multiple talented individuals into her cult (Ultimate Despair/the Remnants of Despair), and those individuals went on to destroy the world for her. For example, the Ultimate Mechanic made a machine that polluted the worlds air. Makoto Naegi, the protagonist of the game, counters Junko Enoshima's toxic ideology & she ends up executing herself after the students vote to leave/don't give into despair. This earns Makoto the title of Ultimate Hope, and all the remnants of despair blame him for her death. It's important to note that Junko only lost/was found out because she intentally left clues out and about, intentionally made her plan have the chance to fail, because Junko both wanted unpredictablity and the potential of the despair of her plan falling apart. Her own ideology killed her.
In Danganronpa 2, more students from Hope's Peak Academy are whisked away to an island. This is not done by the Ultimate Despairs, but instead a section of an organization called Future Foundation who claim to want to counter act despair. Monomi/Usami is a AI robot who works for Future Foundation and takes care of the students as their teacher. But things go wrong when Monokuma appears, remodels Usami into Monomi, and starts up the killing game again. He also reveals that Monomi/Future Foundation took the casts last few years of memories for unknown reasons. It's revealed by the end of the game that the island is actually a simulation, and that the cast we've gotten to know are actually all Remnants of Despair. The section of Future Foundation who put them in this simulator is actually the former survivors of the last game; they betrayed the main branches of Future Foundation (who wanted to kill all the Remnants) to save the casts life, and erased their memories of the time they were in contact with Junko Enoshima in hopes that would erase her influence on them & reform them. Unfortunately, one of the remnants managed to upload an AI of Junko Enoshima/Monokuma, and that's why the killing game took place. That person who uploaded the AI, the "Mastermind" happens to be the protagonist of this game, Hajime Hinata/Izuru Kamukura. It's revealed that Hope's Peak did a bunch of unethical stuff (experimenting on Hajime to give him talent, including erasing his entire memory of before the experiments, even renaming him Izuru Kamukura-with Hajime only being able to exist because the Simulator dig up his old personality, oh, they also covered up a bunch of murders done by Hajime/Izuru because they didn’t want to lose his talent) which is actually what Junko used to spark the riots that would eventually break out into global war and then the apocalypse. Its also revealed that the remnants, outside of their simulated bodies, took body parts from Junko's dead body and sewed them onto them. For example, Nagito cut off his arm & replaced it with one of hers. One translation had Mikan Tsumiki take her womb, though that wasn’t the offical translation. (Hence the line about her womb in the song.)
Danganronpa 0 is a prequel to Danganronp 1, and all about Junko. Its a light novel; the protagonist is a girl named Ryouko Otonashi who has a disease that makes her lose her memory perodically. She remembers nothing from her life except her childhood sweetheart, Yasuke Matsuda, who is the Ultimate Neurologist and the person in charge of her treatments. It's very clear that Ryouko really loves him. At the end of the novel, its revealed that he wasn’t treating her, but erasing her memories to shield her from the consequences of her actions/to save her, and that she was actually Junko Enoshima the whole time. Junko regains her memories and then stabs Yasuke Matsuda, killing him, while claiming she never gave a crap about him. After he dies, however, she reveals she loved him more than anyone, and that's why she killed him, not because she didn’t care-she only said that to send him into despair. Killing Yasuke sends her into despair, too, and she starts crying, laughing, and kicking his body until its unrecognizable. When she was Ryouko, she wrote down everything in a notebook so she wouldn't forget. (This is where the lines about murdering her ex & jotting memories down & an actual Ryouko name drop comes from.)
In Danganronpa Another Episode, the main antagonists are kids calling themselves the Warriors of Hope, specifically one called Monaka Towa. All of them come from abusive backgrounds & are trying to kill all adults because of their fear of them. Its revealed as the game progresses that all of them were taken in and manipulated into this mind set by Junko Enoshima when she was alive, as she stopped them from killing themselves and in their words, gave them hope. (Hence the line about demented fourth graders; the kids are in elementary school, after all.) There's a lot more to it than that, but that's whats relevant to the song.

She basically put people/students of an Academy called "Hopes peak Academy" that has Ultimates, such as Ultimate Gymnast, Ultimate Baseball Star, Ultimate Pianist, etc. She put them in this killing game where they either stay or graduate by killing someone and getting away with it, she was the mastermind of each game, in the first game, she got figured out and died, the second game, she got turned into an AI, and the 3rd game, well nothing really changes, she also betrayed her sister that helped her during her whole entire "drown the world in despair" thing, and even if she's the one in despair, she loves it.
