I have lived in Cali Colombia over 4 years , never drugged or robbed due to 10 years plus living experience in Latin America , sadly this happens much more than what is actually reported , calling the police is not a viable option for justice as most are a part of low and high level street gangs , they have grown up in the same neighborhoods , they are familiar with each others families, becoming a police officer is just as rewarding as working in the local grocery.... she was detained not arrested , if she is of any value to her gang affiliates they will negociate her release and she will be operating in a different city almost immediately...she is 1 of too many to count.

What kind of bank do you have. I spend 10.00 my bank is suspicious and wants me to verify it’s me. My bank also has spending limits. I have them both on my credit and debit cards. With so many scammers you need to take every possible precaution

Upon several subsequent large transactions your account would be temporarily suspended. You can' even take out large sums from savings accounts, without prior notice. This is all supposed to be an automated within the system. Yet, a U.K. bank let someone drain dudes' account of $100,000? Literally a life savings. I think the bank is partially responsible and this one incident should prompt an overhaul of their security systems. Not sure about the laws in the UK., but hopefully he gets most of that money back.
