aahhh nice one.
I think it's kind of a useful bluff to set a card that you don't need in the middle. Reason being, infinite imperm is at 3 and many use three of it, also the place that a spell or trap is placed automatically is in the middle. So, if somebody just casually activates a spell card then it goes in that spot and therefore the opponent can negate that card and that zone with imperm as well as getting rid of a monsters effect. As such, targeting those zone tends to lead to removal of a card that you might need gone at some point in the turn. On top of that, most players when setting their traps tend to subconsciously set their strongest or most crucial one first and as such they set it in the middle. Just an observation I've made, but people almost never pop the set zone in either corner if they have a free targeted removal effect to use.

Say, that deck is galaxy eyes deck, is there is something that prevent from xyz summon galaxy eyes? I mean galaxy eyes can take over cactus fighter, and destroy the trap card right?
This easily falls into the category of “cruel and unusual punishment”.
Meta trash doesn't deserve any less. They ruin a fun game with copy/paste broken cards.

I would definitely stay for a fast otk compared to a 3 hour combo deck after 5 monsters and no change of game state a 1 turn otk is preferable

I think they should take away the surrender option it ruins awesome matches an videos, Also make it to where if you lag connection on purpose to dip out of a battle it counts as a loss an if you continue to that then you get perma ban for Life. Is this kind of infinite loop even legal en the TCG/OCG? Or did Konami forget to fix the interaction in MD?
It should be legal as long as it advances the state of the game. Konami just doesn’t like when the game is infinitely stalled
@@RettGaming Ty for the reply. As someone who solely plays on MD, it's hard to tell some times if some interactions are intended or not.
It's legal because it advances the game state (eventually your opponent will run out of LP from being forced to attack).
Interestingly, your opponent cannot use something like Rainbow Life (converts LP damage into healing) to stop it, as you're not allowed to activate a card that would create an infinite loop that doesn't advance the game state (neither player would win or lose no matter how much LP was gained). Similarly, if your opponent flipped Rainbow Life earlier in the turn, you couldn't start the combo for that reason.
