Merry Christmas John! What a great find and I'm not talking about Christianna! Those type of tools have always done well in previous warehouse sales. (Note the name change. The TreasurerFinleyASC account wasn't appropriate as I am no longer an office bearer of the swimming club.)
A Merry Christmas to you and Mrs Rabbit from the UK. John you need to give the Tile Reseller a shout out on one of your vids he quite often mentions your channel in his vids saying things like got to go Resale Rabbits got a new vid out .
Have a very Merry Christmas Christianna and John . May the New Year be filled with fun , laughter and be very prosperous for the both of you . And who knows , will we hear a particular kind of bells ringing ?😊
Merry Christmas… take the totes back and pay up the difference that you would have paid if you had cash on hand. My guess is that he will soon refill the totes for you❤️
Hello John and thank you for your videos. I'm an avid fan of your processes and I watch everything you put out there. I live in the dead center of Illinois (dead being the key word there) not too far from your neck of the woods. I wanted to share a few things with you that I do with items when I resell them - and I know you've probably already done it or thought about it but here you go.... A hair dryer or a heat gun has proven to be an absolute necessity for me to remove labels quickly, effortlessly, and cleanly. You can set up a spot, or a mobile cart with a cord, where you have one plugged in and ready then you can just fire it off as needed. Some of those heat guns come with stands so you can just turn them on low and let them run and you hold one item in front of it for a second and peel the label right off. Saves on the fingernails and all that good stuff as well. And if there is adhesive left over that makes the packaging sticky afterwards You can simply pop off a piece of clear packing tape and stick it right over the glue. It doesn't impair their ability to see anything underneath it and it keeps that item from gathering dust and lint and dirt or sticking to other products. Also, I don't know if you've ever thought about this but you can have stickers made with super sticky adhesive on the back and they can help you as well. You can get them in non-transparent or dark paper with your business label or a simple message like "Thank You" on it and you can instantly peel and stick those onto other tags or sharpie marks on items. The adhesive choice there is key so your customers don't peel them off and they don't randomly "roll" off in the bins. And lastly, most Sharpie ink can be easily removed rather quickly with hand sanitizer/alcohol, which I'm sure you know. So some of the plastic casings that people write on with a marker you can wipe the sharpie off pretty quick. Some plastics absorb the ink a bit too tho so that's not always the best option. I hope some of these might assist you somehow. I hope to be able to swing thru there one day soon. I would like to shake your hand and say hello. Merry Christmas! ~Jeff
Thanks for the tip! I didn’t think about just covering it with a sticker. I do have a heat gun, but it was on the other side of the warehouse and I was lazy lol
I only recently received a cardboard cutlery holder from a restaurant just like that so I saved it to use when I go to a Cafe or takeaway that has compostable wooden cutlery. I have my own cutlery and even my own plate as do not like eating from paper bags .I think ever since covid many shops no longer wash plates and cutlery.
Rabbit Cristiana --- the snow really brings out the holiday decorating exterior binge blinge... down here my town we just don't have that expansive decorating that used to be prolific when I was a kid... I think all the kids my age got aged - costed out of the area & can no longer live here... or dependent on the area they would all get stolen...Laxvespa-LosAngeles
I was just thinking on your last sale video that you needed some small tools. I think if you have tools like this in all your sales it will help. The boyfriend's/husbands are obviously more willing to go with their lady now. Added benefit the woman may even spend more on items they want since their man is spending money on tools. I also buy pallets to resell as well. Not nearly as big as you but have bought around 50 in last 2 years. You have a great work ethic but i think your biggest weakness is advertising. The items you sell great in one sale dont usually do as well in next one. I think part of the issue is counting on existing customers too much. They are obviously extremely important but in order to thrive you need too bring in new ones as well. Do you hang flyers around towns, put flyers on car's, billboards around towns, radio ads, sure lots of other things as well. If they not too crazy expensive might be worth it. If it brings in 50 new customers that buy from you every sale for next 10 years thats alot of money. Love the videos and just want too see you be even more successful.
Hey John! Just a heads up. I signed up for your auction list last month I believe, and as you mentioned auctioning more now I thought I'd check the website and saw you have two active. I'm for some reason not getting the auction announcement emails.
Sure, I watch for entertainment, but if I only watched Resale Rabbit, I wouldn't get much entertainment. The most entertaining ones, besides RR, are Treasure Hunting with Jebus and 2nd Cents.
Merry Christmas Christianna! I don't blame you for sliding out of frame when John was panning between you and the KISS ME candy. PDAs are acceptable though; we know ya loves him! (Note the name change. The TreasurerFinleyASC account wasn't appropriate as I am no longer an office bearer of the swimming club.)
that thumbnail is volume over value.. I get it now. At first I thought it meant value as in worthiness but it's small priced large Quantity will beat a few high $ items. Like u said u wud rather have a pallet of DG clothing any day.
Exactly! A lot of people misunderstand the banner. It’s exactly as you said. Our goal is to move volume rather than try and squeeze every penny of value out of each item.
So you say it’s a real dumb design where the battery is in your car that you bought without researching such things so what does that make you???? Smart people look at future thing like maintenance issues or drivetrain problems engine problems because makes a significant purchase of an expensive vehicle!!!
I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee because I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The awkward placement of the battery under the passenger seat wasn't a consideration, nor is it a reason that I wouldn't buy another one. In my life, people who matter don't judge, and people who judge don't matter.
Excellente !!!!! I hope you Two are having a Wonderful Christmas!!!!!! 🎄☃️💫🎅🏼
Happy holidays 💖🎆

@@ResaleRabbit did u take classes or just adapted to the trends? Very savvy.
I just figure things out as I go and talk to a lot of people who own businesses.
