If it works for you and Will, stay in NYC for another year because you both don't have anything to hold you both down now at your age, the content is great, made of dreams by most and you're already there. Once you move into homeownership, you're kinda "stuck" in a great way but you can't just leave easily if you want.

I watch creators who walk NYC and there's so much interesting history! When it comes to getting a home, it took me 3 years to finally pull the trigger! I’m still not 100% in my dream home, but it’s a perfect starter home for me that I consider a “stepping stone” to later use to get me my dream house. Soooooo much cheaper than renting!

Lauren I agree for the gossip girl vlogs. Even though I did not finish the series, I get the hype around it and would love to watch the vlog though.
I use a Yeti 20 oz tumbler for my coffee now, it stays hot for a long time! Not very aesthetic, but practical since the microwave in my office doesn't work half the time.

when I started knitting I got fluffy yarn and knitted a headband by knitting a skinny rectangle and tying the ends together with more yarn in a knot so I could adjust it. it was my fav project because it was so simple, quick and was something I could wear whenever. also I learnt it so easy because my mum taught me

A scarf is definitely the best project to start learning knitting! I would learn by watching youtube videos. I personally crochet a lot more but know how to do both. Knitting can take a little longer and get boring in my opinion, but its still relaxing!

Really do enjoy these videos. Here’s a video suggestion: I would love to see more travel vlogs (those are my favorite to be honest but all your videos are great). I hope you and Will are doing well. One other thing: I think TH-cam notifies those of live streams if they are subscribers to the channel or if you schedule the live stream and they choose to have a reminder.

Girl I was the worst about my coffee getting cold so I got a coffee warmer from temu (I'm sure amazon probably has then also) but you can put any kind of coffee cup on it and it keeps it warm for so long. I ❤️ it!
